Perhaps the BOD look into debt funding rather than equity raise, and had no joy. They certainly wouldn't have dilluted themselves if they didn't have to.........! :)

or, they see a greater return going down the equity funding route (themselves inclueded) over debt......!

Edale were the latest II to invest in the co. and that was back in Oct '22 so yep, more II interest would be nice.......!

The Georgian Gov do have a 22% (is it?) interest in the Company-making gas resource that is Proj III, not an equity interest in the co. I know, but an interest in making it happen IMO........! :)

Historical failing will be forgotten when we're over that milestone production figure of 1000 Boepd I reckon.......! :) with a lot more to come funded by revs......!

Geography and geopolitics, the whole world looks on as to what's happening nearby, however Georgia still wants/needs to realise it's own resource.......! :)
