The progressing of Proj III shouldn't impact the drilling of the 4th well/ST in Proj I, agreed, but it has or has it.....? we don't know.........! :)

Perhaps Proj III is seen as a higher priority......! :()

the free to trade, small trades, are normally kicked off when an MM moves position on the Book..........! :)

and they are always @ full price Bid/Ask.......! :()
