· On completion of rigging down at Tai-3, the Company's drilling rig will be moved to the new Itumbula location where the iron rough neck and hydraulics will be repaired

· Upon completion of the repair and maintenance work, the Company plans to continue the drilling campaign

Expectation was rig up by now atleast, with rough iron neck on route, perhaps to eager with hindsight.......! :)

or is the rig there, and waiting on package........? :)

one small correction, no offence, the drill didn't break before reaching TD, the rig did and more importantly, part of the rig. It's being sorted, shiny sorted......! :)

Joe was expecting rig pics (so was I BTW......! :) that didn't come, that's not to say the rig isn't up at Itumbula new location........! :()

There may even be a crate, with a shiny new part there......! :)

My reading is that testing needs to be completed before any MoU is converted........! :)

Hepseal, I too don't think that their stratergy has changed, however I feel that their focus on the Proj's (I & III) has seen Proj III prioritised over Proj I. We don't know why, but Piscator1 puts forward a reasonable agruement that pressure from major shareholders (Poss the Georgian Gov) has caused an acceleration of Proj III........!

Testing will start next year now and we have a reason (admin) reason for the delay.........! fair enough......!

The sign off , "Administratively it has been a difficult couple of months, but we are exiting 2023 stronger and even more resilient and secure in the knowledge that the Company has been transformed over the past 12 months." Although comes across as positive, tells of no news in Dec, almost like they written 2023 off albeit on a positive note.......!

LB: Rig dismantling at Tai-3 has already begun and is expected to take about a week. Following that, we'll focus on setting up and repairing the rig at Itumbula. We're sourcing parts and a new iron roughneck from the U.S., anticipating a 2-3 week timeline for equipment arrival and customs clearance.
