I wonder if FAB sold the shares to TB in a roundabout but legal way for tax reasons.
All the directors of FAB are the family and I dont know if they are the only share holders.
It makes a kind of sense to sell them off to other family to maybe reduce tax liability.
On the other hand I may be peeing in the wind.

If FAB sell off is now finished for whatever reason they sold (which confounds me) then it seems reasonable the only way is up if what we have to sell off is good, and I'm hanging in here.

TB family have sold shares at different stages at different prices, maybe they will buy back at lower.
Who knows. Me I'm 50% down here and I've only been in since backend of November so I'm now relying on the fact we have 2 good things that hopefully will put me back ahead, I dont think i/we have any recourse but to wait it out.

Yep, folk and going to wonder why. There will be buying cos they have gone or selling cos of that TB association. 170k or there about's just gone through on a sell in think.

Lots of buying last off and I think some off the sells were buy. That apart actual buys showing exceed sells and sp not budged. Bent or what.

Bennster, I do take your point, but mine is, yes there has been a block seller but for the most those sells have been taken up and the mm's have excessivey and aggressively dropped the sp imo instigating fear in others to sell in smaller amounts that accumulate to drive it down further.
I'm sure you have noted when there has been good buying the sp goes up in small amounts and comes down in 1p plus. At 3pm buy/sell was even, look at the drop on small sell probably made on fear since.

Its fear that is driving sells instigated by the mm's. There is no really reason for the drops, as said the volumes for buy and sell are even and some days buy is ahead. Mm's or someone wants this lower and TB should be putting out an rns for reason or not why. Typically AIM crook shinnanigans.
I've lost a fortune over the years to this and swore I would never come back into aim.

It's down to 23.25p now yet buy/sell volume is even. For sure someone wants this lower.

Hopefully the block seller has now gone and this is the bottom sp. I think people know news is just around the corner and will start buying in if they are sure of no further big sells.
Btw, when are dividends usually paid or they as and when?

Bennster, I too bought in at 40p for my pain. I too think on looking at past form now that a placing isnt out of the frame. Just in time to cop any special divi on the shares bought on that cheap placing buy. That is my fear. The question is would TB and his family be able to buy them direct or through the other company his family own? Would divi be payable on those shares?

As it stands just now, 3.30pm, buys are 125k ahead of sells if that's of any interest.

The other possibility is an order was put in for 100k and it was filled in stages and the average was charged. That would let them suppress sp which is what I feel is going on here.
Sells were much lower in 26's earlier.

What made me think it was a buy was the fact at the same time, 14.11 there was a 73k buy at 27.38p. Shortly after sells were 26.9p. It's a toss up which it was but the drop suggests sell or a Aim twist.

Unless it's a usual bent Aim ploy to keep the sp down by making a buy look like a sell.
