As a LTH i dont want this SP to step up to 18p+ and then slide some way back down due to a small <5% placing being voted against.

This SP wont fall to 9p, so Buy Now while SP still lowish and vote YES !!!

Don't be caught on the outside looking in and wondering if only!!!

Assume the placing gets passed on 21st Nov and the SP closes at (say) 16p, what will happen to the Share Price on morning of 22nd Nov.

Drop? by how much?

Nothing? as we are already pricing this placing in and now rebouding?

Rise? as its a positive for the company to have these funds available?

I understand you are using conservative figures for the example which shows the potential cash return / SP value here.

This is also a near term figure of Brockham only, as there is no calculation for Balcombe which we know can range from 850, 1600 or 3,000+bopd and therefore may boost your £1.54 up to £2.50+ next year

Massive Equipment = Massive Costs.

ANGUS only raising funds they need, remember they wont be getting any revenue for a couple of months, even if production starts soon.

Vonk has mentioned production by December in his Interviews, so payment for this commencing January?

For what it is worth - having driven passed Balcombe yesterday afternoon there are 2 or 3 work / heavy goods signs, both sides of the road, on the run up to the turning. Whether movement has happened / about to happen, I don't know.
