We would like to confirm to all investors that the £1.5 million facility to YA/Riverfort Global was paid in full immediately after the equity placing on 15/2/2019.

The company currently has no debt.

Interesting.

I thought under CASS rules Clients shares and Company shares were held in different segregated accounts, and therefore Client shares were not allowed to be used for Shorting by the companies.

They are effectively lending them out (and probably receiving a fee until returned) but not passing anything back to the Beneficial owner?

18th Feb (only 9 days ago): reports of lorries arriving with Equipment, and site very busy.

08th Feb (only 19 days ago): RNS includes: The operation at Balcombe is planned to remove all remaining wellbore and drilling fluids from said well and leave the well ready for extended long term production prior to submitting a Field Development Plan to the OGA and agreeing such with the local planning authority.

Road Map now issued

Balcombe - We have identified problem and have now actioned plans to resolve and now plan for long term production testing.

Brockham - We have identified problem and have now actioned plan to resolve and re-start production.

Lidsey - Commerially Viable, identified Water disposal problem, solutions being considered.

We now have a positive action plan and wouldn't surprise me if we have positive news around AGM

and that is after they have paid $63.5million in dividends to investors and over US$400 million in tax, rent, royalty and profit share agreements.

Add in a further $21m expenditure for Bukino Faso and Cote d'Ivoire.

This is a world class Gold Mine & company, just going through a tough time.

Next Year we are forecast to produce an additional $50million of gold - could be more.

Who knows 7%, 8%+ dividend, Share buy-Back?

I still think we have been presented with a Good buying opportunity, just be sensible with your investments.

We have had equipment arrive at Balcombe 8/9 days ago, we're cleaning up the Brine/fluids, we will no doubt change the tubing to one with a bigger diameter and do more testing. Better news than a slugging 3,000 bopd will send this SP up.

Brockham, Oil to surface, water problems that we believe can be resolved. Hopefully news on future plans shortly.

Lidsey. 2 wells producing (initially 199 bopd), now have 24/7 licence, so this could move back into the 400 bopd range.
Perhaps Kimmeridge layer will add to this total. Again hopefully news on future plans shortly.

Holmwood, currently mothballed by Europa Oil, but hopefully still able to be resurrected.

I believe we have to give this BOD time to resolve our issues. We have still had more information from this BOD in the past 4 weeks, than we did in the previous 4 months. I don't expect an RNS every time they tighten a Nut.

I feel sure we will have news soon, and definately before next months AGM.

As a LTH here, i have a slightly different outlook on today's figures.

Although the last 12 months has been disappointing, we did know we had problems months ago.

Looking forward, if we meet the forecast (which for most years was very conservative AND Surpassed) and we produce 510,000 oz's x $1,330, I read that as $50m more dollars than this year just ended.

We could beat forecast and produce 520,000 oz's or more

With the SP trading at £1.00, and i guess next years dividend at 7%'ish, its time to top up

AGM next month?

You can all ask your questions then.

Remember it is a very small team spread over 2/3/4 sites, with the office only manned by 1 or 2 people at most.

Now that we have a 2 year Licence approval in California + we have many other states (incl NY) are we not in the Shop Window for some of these much larger houses.

Our Mkt Cap currently circa £14m, - very attractive buy for £30m - £40m (probably less than 1 days trading for these buyers), or is that too low?

The two-year license renewal from the CHRB is strategically important to WatchandWager as the state legislature considers bills legalizing sports wagering in the state of California. The current Adam Gray (Democrat) sponsored Sports Betting Bill is now approaching the Committee stage, in Sacramento. Whilst there will be a process to go through in California, it seems highly likely that Sports Betting will be approved, given the initial success in other states and the tax benefits from regulated gaming. When approved, WatchandWager's status as a licensed track operator and racing association in the state, would allow it to be one of the few companies to legally accept sports wagers from California residents, both on-line and at the Cal Expo track facility.

As State of California (& others) are under Budget constraints, and need to raise funds, (estimated to be $100m in first year) this may be brought forward from 2020.

While at this £12.4m Mkt Cap (3.25p - 3.75p per share), with 2 years approval we must be on the radar for any company looking to move into USA sports betting.

Expect Mkt Cap and SP to rise over next few days, and find a 5p - 7p level until more news

I was also interested in the "lady" who spoke earlier about Channel FOX 2 and was told they were planning 500 hours of Racing coverage in the next year, then 600 hours the following year, then 700 hours the following year.

She seemed to realise the Benefits this could bring to State of California.

Maybe its not so far away as we are led to believe?

California, New York, Hong Kong (JC) and many more Licences, I believe when dust settles we are an attractive bargain for some Bigger Betting companies.

Wonder if any are window shopping us at the moment.

A 2 Year approval in next 90 minutes should improve our position and value.

We are small(ish) but attractive and in the Right Place at the Right Time for some of the bigger players to take a look at us, if we are successful with a renewed 2 year licence.
