We've had another 1 1/2 days productive work over the week-end, only 6 1/2 more working days until Target date (7th May).

I'm not too bothered about time lines more that we get the jobs done correctly and that we are kept informed "ONLY" when there is news for us to hear.

I see Barclays last month forecast an SP of £6.50, maybe with placing details due soon, and I believe that Metro have drastically cut back on the Lending side of the business they may not be too wide of the mark.

Brockham Operations Update

Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the Brockham work programme continues as planned with a slight modification in the order of stage 1 operations. The decision was taken earlier this week by operatives on site to perforate the well before isolating the water, in order to allow greater certainty that we have identified the water zone before plugging. It has not caused any delays and no additional approvals were required for this minor change in operational activity.

The work programme at Brockham is proceeding as per the schedule described in our 3 April 2019 announcement which allocated 19 working days for this stage of the programme.

Work is still expected to complete, as scheduled on Tuesday 7th May.

Work commenced three days earlier than expected on April 9th and our planning consent only permits us to work until midday on Saturdays (half days) and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Therefore there was no work carried out at all between Friday 19th and Monday 22nd and there will be no work carried out on Monday 6th May.

Although JTP &/or his professional team hired for this work should know the process, do you think it a good idea to mention (or reply to his AND ANGUS Energy's Tweets) offering your advice of:

" I do hope they run a scraper / junk baskets as now you have more metal debris to contend with in the well (with regards to the rubber element that has to set). Investing in some good old fashioned cleaning will pay dividends.
"

So 7th May is the expected date for Stage 1.

Completion of Stage 2 will take us into Mid-Late June

In line with our ann. on 3 April, the first stage of re-perforating at Brockham has been completed with positive surface pressure observed. We are now moving onto stage two of perforating. Once this is complete the well will be relogged and the water isolation process will begin.

To let you all know the order of operations changed. We decided to re-perf first then isolate the water, makes more sense. Operations going well, safely and on budget.

Angus Energy Plc (LSE:ANGS), a leading UK conventional oil and gas production and development company, is pleased to announce the completion of the 7-day flow test programme for the horizontal well, Balcombe-2z.

The test utilised Nitrogen and coiled tubing to clean and prime the well which when removed allowed a natural flow at 853 bopd equivalent, not including 22.5% water. A second flow period was undertaken with the well flowing naturally at 1,587 bopd equivalent, not including 6.6% water.

The Balcombe-2z well produces from a single Micrite Layer, just one of the Kimmeridge Micrite Layers. During the initial flow period, the well slugged at up to 3,000 barrels per day "which had to be reduced as it exceeded separator operating capacity." Duration of the test runs were limited.

19 days - Isolation of water, reperforation and recompletion

I believe this is only day 8? (depending on W/Ends and Easter).

I know we think that there is a comfort factor built into ANGUS's forecast, but you probably need to give it another week before expecting an RNS Update
