sorry my question is how will defend the share holder when there is a voitting for a low price?

he has to buy out the sharholder till he has 51% and the SP ris from for exemple 56 pence till ... ?

sorry for my no so good Engilsh, but if Mr. 12% can rise till 25% at these low prises and the SP rise till 56 pence can he make an offer with the BOD that he 'll wil be in the BOD and can buy Tullow for a price that most of us don 't like?
