I recall recently that Tesco had to pay compensation to investors that had bought shares after the company had overstated their profit. Perhaps the same applies to investors that bought Sound shares last Friday when it appears that the company were fully aware that TE9 was a duster? Anyway probably not much will happen to help the poor bloody investor. I have been shafted by Quindell and now Sound, will stick my money into funds now. Which is probably exactly what the financial industry wants us to do. If JP does have a conference call can somebody please ask him to drop the hype and be up front and honest? Anyway I am out of Sound as of yesterday. Wishing the best to remaining holders, hope things change for the better.
