Just bought back what I sold on Friday, now have an extra 685 shares after fees.

Surely not worth buying at this price?

I have just sold 15000 at 74.9444, will see how many extra I can buy if it drops later. Just my attempt at trading.

HSBC put a 23p valuation on here. Should be nearer that by now surely?

Yes tcg could be worth a look but the debt is off putting and the ceo is hopeless. Amazing how these big companies stumble along with such inept people in key positions. I think if they dropped him you could be looking at a 30% increase in share price, minimum. But best not leave it too long as 30% of sod all isn't worth much! Have to feel for the hard working staff and hope it improves from here. Can't get much worse surely?

Scottish PI, I had been looking to invest here last month, put off by problems elsewhere in portfolio which for once worked in my favour. I see the problem here as being pretty short term but am mindful of the old saying that profit warnings come in threes. Will monitor over the next month before deciding whether to buy or not.

Graybird, as usual with your type of poster it is the way you say things that riles me. You care nothing for the employees and attach no value to the maintenance side or the academy. There is value in Flybe, they need some common sense to re-evaluate every route and find a BOD that can deliver. I am confident that Flybe can continue even without a bid, indeed I would be happier if they could work through their problems without being taken over. Possibly wishful thinking and as others have alluded to this is a great opportunity for Virgin to seize.

Sold 10000 this morning. Re bought this afternoon 10179 including fees so gained an extra 179 shares.
