Anyone know what CMR is?
Have to say I’m very happy Vlad has moved away from Burton and TMS towards Proactive. A very good update !
Sharing some research from imperial following my earlier question to HK.
ClinicalTrials.gov is a publicly accessible database, which is free to register details of your clinical trials. For ClinicalTrials.gov, you are only required to register your study if it is defined by the first four categories of question two on IRAS as either:
Clinical trial of an investigational medicinal product
Clinical investigation or other study of a medical device
Combined trial of an investigational medicinal product and an Investigational medical device
Other clinical trial to study a novel intervention or randomised clinical trial to compare interventions in clinical practice
If it doesn’t fall under any of the definitions above, you are still able to register it but you aren’t required to.
@HemoKnowledge
May I ask - will the clinical trials website in the US show or trial or do not all go on there?
Thank you!
It’s a shame to see the volumes aligning to Dhubs post around 13:00. This board is exclusively retail and seeing patterns like that is pretty disappointing
Echoing Dhubs comments on the email.
Have to say this has been the hardest trading day since the clinical hold was imposed.
Seeing that Vlad is sharing a bit of our pain and was disappointed with what’s happened is reassuring.
Let’s get in the clinic and get this data!
Just to add Hulver I did think the same however the one we found in Sept following the presentation video is baitbio.com - which is still up. There are now two baitbio.com and baitbiotechnology.com
Spotted Vlad has registered another domain. Still no website - one to add to the watch list. http://baitbiotechnology.com/
Great value add - thanks for letting us know

RE: CBR - Hemo Achieved Proof Of Concept for Braian Cancer!28 Sep 2023 23:52
I have had a 16 hour work day so far and that was quite a lot to process - Did I hear correctly CBR - developed into mRNA construct that will be combined with synthetic polymers to presumably be administered through some sort of aerosol to pneumocyte tissue which in turn would produce the protein chimeric bait receptor activating macrophage to respond to anything that binds the bait - Then secondly that they have demonstrated (ie proof of concept) that if they engineer human haematopoetic stem cells and inject them into mice that you can see the cells in the micro glia ( which I think is the immune system component specific to the brain (because of the blood brain barrier) - Additionally systemic immune cells dont cross the B/B barrier - So some how the haematopoetic stem cells when injected into mice inform the brain's immune system (new to me). They then plan to use this to engineer haematopoetic stem cells from the patient with CBR raised to a marker(s) of Glioblastoma brain tumours as a form of treatment. - I need to sleep on it and I promised my self that I have enough of these shares but I am considering dipping my toes in again.
Have to say another fantastic call from our in house scientific advisor. This is exactly what he picked up following the BaitBio video on Youtube!
Market Makers will take the order then work it through the book for however long. I.e you sell 1m shares in a clip (you’ll get an awful price) then they will drip feed the order out and report once complete
Thanks haha / this line also cheered me up Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the clinical stage biopharmaceutical group
Well done team HEMO! All hail Vlad the Inhaler!!
Wrong Prevail - that is the Uk firm (unrelated)
How many votes do we need to get one of our own on the board ! All jokes aside (unless you want to!) - thanks as always for your posts, one of the most valuable LSE posters around
Interesting the RNS hasnt been uploaded to the website normally it is done pretty pronto. Time to unleash the new one Peter told us was in hand at the AGM. As well as the brokers note !
Completely agree HH - IMO Prevail were ready for us when we first submitted the IND, as Vlad announced at the AGM. As for the 1m theyve paid to date.. I think that was them making a partial payment to keep the ship afloat as lets be honest we were held up for far longer than we all thought. Then the cherry on top? The video - yes it was in relation to CBR but Prevail were actively fielding investments suggesting that they are in fact leading a funding round. As many have said before... on the last placing why only take 500k odd. If it were me it would be because I knew I had funding lined up - subject to be clinical of course. Not many funders would have taken the risk to give us the funding prior to the IND approval - the risk reward for them would have been totally off balance. Lets see how it unfolds in the coming days and weeks... GLA
