Did the Dentist not mention the amount of tooth loss due to tooth grinding caused by holding these shares . VAL will not be happy with recent outcome of halt on dilution , they will have a big tantrum at our cost I fear.

Thank you for your reply BoomerBower , I feel happier now. I think equity release is an accident waiting to happen. If the recipient goes into residential care in the future , their house will be sold and what little capital left in it after the charges taken , will not allow for a very good care package . And yes , the poor old tax payer will pick up the tab when the money runs out !

After PPi what is going to be the next thing to try and destroy our share price . I am worrying about the growing equity release merchants , please tell me we are not involved , and therefore not liable in the future for massive claims from people "who did not understand what they were doing"

I went into M&S on Wednesday in Liverpool . lots of footfall , but not many actually buying clothes , so their worries are not over yet as regards clothing , but the food hall was quite busy and queues at all tills. Perhaps Tesco far east sale will come to fruition , as interest seems to be mounting , so I am just holding on at the moment , despite drop over recent days. Today's rise is encouraging .
