Agree sad. Great post. I would be stunned if this is shelved ...why? They have the whole jigsaw puzzle pieces to play with and conquer and more importantly treat cancer .

Hi RMM. Hope you are ok. Surprised at your statement "Taking 737 first, unfortunately I think that the Sierra/GSK deal has muddied the water for 737. If GSK hadn't made the bid for Sierra then I would have expected 737 to have gone back into the clinic by now". I don't understand ,how you can come to this conclusion. Sierra have for the last few years shown no interest in progressing chk1, after initially being so positive. How would this tie up cause problems? GSK are a animal, and a big at that and have all the pieces to do the different trials. You also state , the science is proven, however I would argue that if GSK show no interest in chk1, them the science has failed. I don't believe that to be the case, chk1 is a potential blockbuster, as Sierra and the esteemed cancer specialists have commented.

Yep great post ahfam. The longer the time to make a move, the higher the price goes, as we get more advanced . All major pharma need new drugs that are possible blockbusters ....so far only a few tyk2 of new generation are showing promise , ours has been labelled best in class, as due to different mechanism of action.

Don't forget our baby chk1, out most advanced child. One that will soon have GSK mouthwatering at its acquisition, just like Sierra were mouth watering about it.

Agree . I have always said now for a while, that chk1 was not really appreciated by some here. The data has been there, combo, triple and excited scientists.

Just needed a catalyst to realise it and GSK will be that.

Brilliant post WIP. GSK will once takeover complete , move to take chk1 into combo and triple trials. They will have the whole Lego set there. There will be no selling on.....trust me....GSK will take the whole pie.....

After this merger is cleared....GSK will have all the tools to do combo and triple therapy with chk1. No one else will ....so why sit on it?

All the broker forecasts are depressing. This will short-term go under £8 again....just watch. This will recover, but the whole world wide state says it's going to get worse and that means purse strings being tightened .

This broker note is brutal in its assessment of asos ....am shocked at the downgrade in profit. 20m to 60m, so literally no idea .

A good buy , but not at this price at moment. This will be shorted do further, as prime for it.
