We still have no idea, why it was rejected , and the board not being clear.

Would I be shocked further? No.

However chk1 am confident, will be taken by someone else and taken to market.

My biggest concern here is the scientific data supplied by sareum is not best in class as indicated. I really hope that the advisers employed here, will have been punished with a fine.

First time in my investment with sareum that I have serious doubts about our tim and John. But here all the way ....

GSK took mono back after selling it for peanuts and then paid through the nose to acquire it back , on less than three years.

They f d up and their scientists and data crunchers. I am happy CHK is back in hands of ICR , as finally it will be taken forward by a company that sees its potential.

Chk1 potential is clear and it is more appealing to other pharmaceutical companies now, as they will the great data to use.

Yep agree ..... psoriasis not been chosen at random. Data be there. I remember a long ago that some commentators thought that Sareum would go only for minor small unloved indications and guess what no..

The psoriasis market is huge, look at otezla , a expensive drug that I dispense regularly and had to be sold . This trial coming will be making of us or we are screwed, if we are honest. Am very confident that data will be very good, but till it goes in Vivo , we can only guess. If data very good, then this will be a hot cake, and attractive to other pharmaceutical companies.

Because as sadoldgit said last night.....why take on a another drug and pay other people or you use yours which you owe 100 percent.

Lazarus, waste of time arguing with this lot. They are not invested. Why the hell would you constantly be negative about a share you own.

I am a holder here, and have always said this is a big risk but I like our chances. The science will do the talking, this week been a set back, but the combo data chk1 looks compelling. It will go to another pharma , trust me.

I don't think we will ever go to £20_40 pounds, but do think that if tyk2 psoriasis is amazing and tox free them £10 is achievable and this will be snapped up....the science will decide, not the rampers or the rats on this board.

This has been a turbulent week to say the least but I do not despair that CHK is back. We have amazing data on our chk1 and the excitement by the various cancer specialists that worked with it.

So GSK says no, fine by me. They also sold mono as said data was not good and sold it for chips, then another minnow pharma took it off and evaluated the data and found a indication. Quite worrying if you are a GSK shareholder, that your scientists sell a drug as not worthy and it comes back to bite them, as need to pay over the top to get it back.

The data will be evaluated and it will be trialed by another pharma, the data says yes to its use in combo or triple therapy. Be patient ....CRUK will be on it and am happy. Would love a competitor to get this and be a good slap in the face for GSK.

Yep agree sadoldgit. GSK already given one drug away cheap as peanuts and then came back like a ***** in heat ....did not look good in my book.

Great post sad. We look like we are here at the right time. That is just one indications , in one country and we have many other indications to go after. Then there is our other tyk2 In autoimmune.

Also my favourite CHK, the eldest child that will bring home the glory very soon. The data is all there to say it's amazing....come on GSK , let's be having you....as Delia Smith would say
