Koolkat to give you credit , you have criticized the derampers like sneckie, and others, looking at your post. I do believe you are a holder and just annoyed at the delays that are occuring , but as you said in December, you anf I am happy with the risk reward.

Yes, sareum failed to get authorization for trial, but not due to clinical data.

I think today is a a positive day. Sareum have said previously they would consider doing. Trials outside UK as it's a mess here. GSK and others have said same. At least we are doing something to get this moving....be worse if all words and no action

Hi potnak. Very sorry to hear that news and hope your father in law responds. I lost my father to oesophageal cancer, and would not wish anyone to see a loved one deteriorate in front of your eyes. Chk1 in combo is amazing and it's a crime against humanity, if these companies not playing ball. Karma is a *****....they should remember that .

Thanks fearg and hbd. The combo and triple therapy looks like being trialled with other toxic chk1. These trials are only happening of what was seen with out chk1 in combo and triple therapy.

Also, anogenital our chk1 showed brilliant results as a combo of I am correct.....

Take my hat off to you sadoldgit . Great research and analysis. For our chk1 combo triple to work , will need assessment of patients genome, as the response will vary from patient to patient. However, our chk1 is the only one available, that is oral and lacks toxicity as more selective. Now if combined with other drugs we have seen amazing data, especially in cancers that have no treatment.

I think there will be a few pharmaceutical companies wanting to have this. This time CRUK must ensure that it moves next stage and not sit about gathering dust. Hopefully our board will be paying due attention of where our chk1 goes . No use buying messi and keeping him on bench.

Great research sadoldgit. Selective targeting is the way forward to treat all diseases especially cancer. If I remember rightly the mono that GSK that they said was a dud initially was not as if you looked at the data it was applicable to a certain section of the cancer indicate market. Combo triple is way forward and I have no doubt that chk1 will be a resounding success in that ...data shows it again and again.

Agree sadoldgit. Utah mood depends weather he has made his quick 10 percent ....and that's fine.
