At the moment out tyk2 is being given to patients . Is this only checking safety profile or will it be checking yo see if effective and kicks ass in posrisis?

Hi sadoldgit. Hope you are ok. What does biomarkers mean and how do they indicate what conditions to target? Also, if we get score of 75 then who decides if it can get licensed ? If two drugs are similar then is the last one trying to licence refused ? Daft question. Sorry

I am happy with this news , As I was with the recent science paper published recently on chk. This should now fly through the trials, if right indication picked, especially fast track.

Hi. The only consolation is the trials going ok, otherwise concerning chk1 , think it is dead. Does not take long to sort out a good drug FFS. Even poor Thoth was getting fed up here. Think this will get taken out cheap.....aim really is a disgrace

I don't think it matters if it mutes, as the drug acts at immune level as it stops overreaction of system. Could be wrong
