The company via investors relations set up a broker Wood and Co based in the Cheque Republic to allow shareholders set up an account outside Kazakhstan.

Wood and Co would then only allow sells no buys. You can buy everything else on the AIX via Wood and Co but not this share. Its the only Western Broker.

When Investors Relations were questioned after a year why its still sells only du diligence was their reply and not long ago Investors Relations posted that it was now possible to buy via Wood and Co as they had spoken to investors who had bought via Wood and Co

This was not the truth but lies.

Now make of that what you will but to me it's pure manipulation by the management via investors relations

Also Investors Relations office in London the address was the same street as Wood and Co were listed at very very coincidencental. Investors Relations had a special agreement with Wood and Co

Not great way for a company to treat shareholders

Currently Russian holder's who did not take the exchange offer around 20 million shares they are forming a class action against the company regarding delisting they are also being forced sold by Russian brokers

They argue that the AIX is not a realistic exchange mostly for show while larger transactions go through off book to institutional investors and funds. The company is well aware and even has been encouraging it by way of investors relations who has now been moved to the head of Mergers and Acquisitions

So alot going on and yes the company the CEO all along states private investors don't vote so don't matter

Something very eary about why Hargreaves and Lansdown did not force a sale yet opened an account at the AIX CSD.

My guess is they have a huge position and the company set up Wood and Co hoping holder's would unwind their positions which has not happened and will not at these current pathetic prices.

Why because WDS Energy are delisting from the LSE and holder's in accounts across the board are being told by Hargreaves and Lansdown that they must sell and rebuy on another platform such as institutional investor. Institutional investors has access to the ASX Australia and Hargreaves and Lansdown says they will not convert the LSE shares to a ADR..NYSE.

Hargreaves and Lansdown publications stated that they never force sell when dealing with Polymetal delisting yet here they are forcing a sell. WDS. Or a very high ranking person holds Polymetal on the Hargreaves and Lansdown platform someone of huge influence

Its 5% and every 1% thereafter LSE is 3% and 1% thereafter

Piter Trust have brokerage access to the AIX.

So they can hold and accumulate or sell OTC at a handsome profit. 3.8 million shares would not sell in book.

But off book a block that size would sell easily above 256 cents.

Keep your eye on negotiated deals and OTC trades.

Double the amount of volume goes through off book on the AIX. Possibly triple the main market is really just bows and ribbons to make it look like a real trade exchange.

He's silently saying sell up and move on similar to Moscow holders possibly being directed by the majority shareholder to gain as much say as possible. This means Polymetal shares will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and its main listing changed to the Astana International Exchange (AIX) in Kazakhstan. We are unable to trade shares on the AIX so you won’t be able to sell shares via HL after this point.

Wednesday 28 June 2023. This is the last date we need to hear from your alternative provider if you wish to transfer your shares out.

Wednesday 12 July 2023. This is the last date you’ll be able to sell your shares on LSE before the delisting.
