GLA- happy new year all
Evening all, after a view as to whether the below is the best we can hope for licence wise in Q1
-MT mining licence already in place - dfs results published
- MT Flanks exploration licence, Jorc complete for NKT and possible additional exploration licence for new area
- Nyud exploration licence granted - unsure where all the raised money c50m has gone for just an exploration licence for Nyud when they said they had raised all they needed for all JV’s
WK - mining licence in place - potential 2nd drag line and maybe flanks exploration licence
GLA - never realised the Rosgeo JV’s would be exploration licences first. Thought they would complete all requirements to get mining licence in one go with Rosgeo support within the 2 years
Hi Mac, agree one avenue they could go down or
- Prove the model they are following with Nyud works
from todays RNS 'The Nyud project will form the basis for the evaluation of other projects within the Rosgeo Agreement'
- pay for the other 7/8 JV's too get keys prior to March cut off date
- then sell MT, NKT, Nyud with DFS/Licence to produce, keys to the other JV's and on top of that throw in a exploration licence as a bonus.
- Not sure about WK but could be in the mix also.

This seems to contradict your thinking Mac, Think they just want out of Russia
Possible sale of Russian assets
The Company continues to focus on selling its Russian assets, a process led by Mergers and Acquisitions Officer Dmitry Suschov with support from Artem Matyushok, Non-Executive Director of the Company, as well as from the Company's Representative Office in Japan.
At present there can be no guarantee that the Company will enter into any binding agreements regarding the sale of these assets. Further updates regarding the sale process will be made as appropriate.

Seem to have changed wording at bottom of RNS
About Eurasia Mining Plc
Eurasia Mining plc is a palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company, operating the established West Kytlim Mine in the Urals, and also the operator of the Monchetundra Project comprising two predominantly palladium open pit deposits located 3km away from Severonickel, one of Norilsk Nickel's largest base metals and PGM processing facilities, near the town of Monchegorsk on the Kola Peninsula.
A parallel business development strategy based on the Hydrogen Economy forms a new development arm of the Company. The Company's more recent focus on the international hydrogen and alternative fuel supply markets has been strengthened by the appointment of two Japan-based Directors, Tamerlan Abdikeev and Kotaro Kosaka, as well as the creation of a representative office in Japan (noting the Japanese government's commitments to the hydrogen supply chain and hydrogen as the primary alternative to fossil fuel based combustion), and more recently, the appointment of Artem Matyushok, a senior hydrogen industry executive.

Day to day cash flow is a problem however more concerning to me is that they raised c$35m for Rosgeo JV's and seem to have spent $25-30m of that just on Nyud and NKT (if that was even one of them) and an application for an exploration licence as per todays RNS. Where is the cash for the other 7 pits in the JV as the raises specifically said it was enough to fund the Rosegeo JV.'s
GLA - the wait goes on
ATB Portsmouth and good luck to you and the family.
Hi Mac, changed your mind! Thought it was nailed on for November! RNS to confirm all the DFS details!. One day to go and hope it lands but you won’t apologise for shooting down any one that disagreed with you. I see your timeframe is moving to this week or next - what then?
GLA
Maybe Poaz sits outside the 4 pits which are located directly adjacent to Monchetundra and will be processed elsewhere and not at MT processing plant as sits in the other 5 pit summary below - just a thought
'The Additional Assets have a total of 104.6 Moz Platinum equivalent resources as at 31.12.2020 (source: Russian Feasibility Study ("FS"), TsNIGRI, Russian State Cadastre of Mines) according to the Russian standards and are comprised of:
· Four palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt open pit deposits, upon which Russian FS completed and reserves (according to the Russian standards) approved by the Russian State Committee of Reserves (GKZ).
Each of the four open pit deposits, which are located directly adjacent to Monchetundra, have already been studied by Eurasia with block modelling and open pits' optimisations performed by the Company. According to the due diligence done by Eurasia, the ores are suitable for toll treatment over distances of 5 to 8km with beneficiation and mineral processing at the proposed plant site between the Company's open pit deposits at Loipishnune and West Nittis.
· A further five mostly open pit palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt assets are included in the JV, where Eurasia has carried out due diligence including c.20km of exploration drilling and some 12 thousand samples taken by Eurasia.'
GLA
May be wrong but the main Poaz pit from satellite seems to be over 11km as the crow flies from MT proposed processing plant. So using existing roads more like 15km
Not sure what that will mean though as contradicts this
'Ore from Rosgeo JV assets is to be toll treated over a distance of 5km - 8km to the processing facility at MT'

Hi Mac, Rosendra site has NKT extension on it, believed to be the open pit element which I believe EUA applied for after WA findings as potentially hugely beneficial.
Why is Nyud and only Nyud on there if as you say 6 mines/licenses have been applied for shouldn’t all 6 be on there or why is Nyud different?
Granted it could be on there as licence lapsed and Rosgeo had to reapply for it to hold it again with the others before transfer to EUA but that is speculation. (TPI file doesn’t disclose who has applied)
GLA
Morning Mac and all,
You forget this bit of the official rns
‘The decision on whether to proceed and thereby incur all or part of the Earnout is wholly at the discretion of Eurasia. The Earnout (if Eurasia decides to proceed) will be spread over the period of the development of the Additional Assets. Eurasia has 24 months in which to decide whether to select some or all of the assets to develop. If Eurasia determines not to proceed with any assets, no consideration would be due beyond the Initial Consideration.‘
This part that you mention follows on from the above and IMO is just the BOD emphasising that previous work has been done, not that the will/will not ‘proceed’ with any of them.
