Noggers I'm lead to believe a lot of contracts on school buses are paid regardless if used or not and NEX may even benefit from more services provided ie 2 buses required where 1 was previously.
152 is still a buy price on the way back up in a few months.
if you breakeven it must mean the price has risen 18% ? which means likely it is on the rise? so why sell at that point?
Cheers smileandgo. Upside is so good compared to down so happy to be in at 119p.

This share was recommended as a buy at 2 x this price a few months ago in the depths of COVID.
I have watched it for a while and purchased at 119p few days ago and feeling really confident. To sell at this level i think is short sighted. The upside is really nice on this share. Well run solid business imho.

Their sales and profit performance will be vindication.
They are absolutely flying. Go stand outside their distribution centre and see the containers queing up to get in. High street cancelling orders goods stuck in overseas forwarders, factories going bankrupt because of unethical cancellations from big uk high street while boohoo are increasing the orders placed. Its going to be a massacre.
Also a buyer here of fashion for 20 years. you place your order with the audited factory and they make it in the next door facility that isnt audited. Boohoo require factory audit, they require testing on trims and performance, every garment quality is tested and quality controlled for fitting measurements etc.
They are moving in the right direction.
Its very simple for boohoo to take all that uk production to Turkey, portugal etc and truck it in. If you think margins and selling price will be affected you dont know the business.
if you buy a mars bar from the shop and they employ illegal immigrant are you liable?
These are suppliers to boohoo boohoo do not own the factory. Every retailer in the world is supplied by huge variety of suppliers who they cannot control. If Zara place an order to their approved factory they cannot control if that factory passed the production to the next door factory. It happens in every industry and the important thing is to try your best to manage your supply chain but its not possible. minimum wage, slave labour etc is a job for the police to shut the factories and arrest owners.
sometimes ordinary people know extraordinary things. who will know if BOOHOO is going back on ASOS or NEXT ?
someones PA ? someone who overseas website? friends of people who are in negotiations to get the product back on site. people do know things but agree its hard to take at face value but its certainly good to know if the poster is not a typical outlandish poster.
It wouldnt matter even if any other bad news came.
BOOHOO have got it right.
product
price
quality
marketing
working in the industry seeing clothing retailers falling by the wayside where is the spend going?
online - BOOHOO.
would anyone like to forecast if online sales will shrink or grow in the next 2-3 years.
if the answer is grow then boohoo are incredibly well placed to grow.
