Chamberlin recently sold its specialist industrial manufacturing subsidiary, Petrel Ltd, in a £3m deal with Project Apollo, part of the investment firm Longacre Group.

The group made pre-tax losses of £1.1m last year and said it was “adversely impacted by the effect of icnreases in the Bank of England base rate on financing costs.

Thanks Harry , iv been studying the documents at chamberlin I see there is a bit of foul play by the company itself , not sure where tb comes into it , this cook ware business I'm not sure ?

A lot of the big investors did not sell !!

The winding up petition by the Company's main power supplier and a court hearing was held this morning, where it was determined that the hearing would be adjourned until 2 July 2024.

Hi silver thanks for your knowledge.

There was a small scale at the university that was running in perfectly good order , the kilm was worked on by scientists by funding from the Gov

( grant) creating a more efficient kilm self supportive free running after start up by its own syngas produced .

We have a grate team of Engineering at Engsolve who crate plants and commission them for a living , we are in good hands .

Any problems will be resolved further more its my understanding most of the appliances are fitted in the Technology Centre already ,, awaiting a few parts from Germany ie the cleaning chamber and the kilm from china , hoping them pesky chines have not been peaking under the blanky on the deck !!
