Went through my brothers bins today to recycle his plastic you can get kind of a guilt trip if you don't recycle your plastic and glass cardboard.

The plastic is the bad one for nature , I'm so glad of what we will do at PHE ,, been teaching my 61 year old brother a few things including recycling as he's been in hospital for 2 years heavy medicated for his bipolar and has forget how to do things .

PHE is in direct contact with MDKL's liquidator.

PHE has lodged a claim for the first payment of £193,000 which was made to MDKL.

PHE has also added a claim for liquidated damages and registered interest in the purchase of the already completed equipment. The Company is in possession of the alloy that was bought by its wholly owned subsidiary Plastics to Hydrogen Number 1 Ltd, for the first commercial scale of the TCC. This had previously been stored at MDKL in Carlisle but was moved earlier this year.
