RE spot gravelling ( Filling pot holes with gravel ) gravel is loose I.e very little bondage , on a dirt track with rain and traffic ,the holes will reappear rather quickly in my experience .

Re Dividend insignificant compared to Admin expenditure, it will be interesting to see where the couple of million £ come from for the share buy back !
