Stebo= The bit about perverting the understanding of fair value is spot on, and when the SP starts to rise they will indeed be buying.

If you want to have a position in a share that is of some substance, there are normally three routes.

1. The company creates more shares and you buy off the company at an agreed price

2. If there are funds that have the shares you want, you wait until they rebalance their funds and buy off them at an agreed price without disturbing the market.

3 You buy in the market

If you buy in the market in quantity the price spikes, so you buy little and often and try to keep the price at around where you want to buy, you can outsource this to Intermediaries that will do the buying and you can keep you hands clean at it were.

For the last year or so , you could only buy GGp from Pi’s, IE in the market once the buyers have enough things will change.

He has always been very open about the need for ii’s on the share register, and it's also very clear that there is no justification for significantly enlarging the share capital to allow the II’s to get to 40 or 50%.

Also why wouldn’t II’s want part of the greatest finds in a tier 1 area for many a year, they are buying for sure IMO

The view that GGP needs ii’s on the register is one that I wholeheartedly agree with and i would assume that most Pi’s would agree,

So the II's are hunting down shares IMO , as i have said more than once i believe that there is accumulation going on and has been for some considerable time.

Pi’s hold a lot of shares as we know, and it will be the II’s that are getting orders filled at 15, 16 , 17 and 18. Most Pi’s will IMO not be buying in large quantities right now, given the way the SP gyrates. EG. 15 and change to 21 and change to 16 and change in 2 weeks. That is not Pi’s having a trade IMO.

I am buying when i can and waiting for the inevitable release of information, the accumulators will eventually make public their holdings, jut like the guy who bought 12% of BT.

According to the London stock exchange the total volume of share traded during May and June together was - 310 thousand.

The runs states that he had 12 % of the company approximately 120 million shares. Actually the RNS says he acquired 1,200,000,000 shares.

Obviously the rules were adhered to.

I’m a big believer in the theory that II’s of all types and perhaps even companies that invest for income from miners and even other miners are accumulating shares.

If you believe that this will turn out in a few years time to be on of the biggest finds ever in a tier 1 jurisdiction, then GGP is very very good value at less than 700 million MCap. IMO

The fact that we have had posters ( who appear to be very clued up on how the city works, what the regs are and apparently have access to expensive terminals , and have explained that wealthy Pis use them as their reason for access), these posters claim consistently that it is very rare for individual and companies to break the reporting rules. and imply / say that it is not happening here and is just a conspiracy theory put about by nutters like me.

Imo these posters are trying to get the ‘less well versed PI’s 'to sell into the stagnant SP and so the accumulation happens.

We all know that the reporting of breaching limits is ignored when initial position are being taken.

I posted the other day about the person that accumulated 12% of BT and it came a s ‘huge surprise ‘ to the city.

12% of BT is about 1.5 billion pounds give tor take and is about 120 million shares.

All bought without the market knowing.

We all know it happens and IMO its happening here.

I bought again into a stagnate SP this AM.

Unimaginative- the exception proves the point the disclosure rules are broken, as anyone involved in this area of finance knows, when you are building a position you do it by stealth , if the target knows it is being stalked they take action.

Trying to claim that one breach is a rare exception is disingenuous. If you have city contact with bloomerberg terminal , then you know this, if you don't know it i suggest you ask your friend.

That is it will not be on the Bloomberg terminal - it will be withheld IMO - but i don't know for sure.

If it was on Bloomberg terminal it would be public information ( if you can access said terminals), so i wouldn’t imagine so.

i saw that a poster last night said that it was tired old Myth that a position could be built without reporting that they have breached the specified limits, normally 3 or 5%. I have posted about this before and that tired old myth is indeed correct.

I am not saying that there is or isn’t any activity being undertaken, but the poster expounding his knowledge is incorrect.

Positions are built all the time and reported well after said limits are breached. I will give the Aim example i cited previously a company called Iofina, similar in some respect to GGP in that it is listed on AIM and does its business in another country , in their case in America, they are focused on iodine production.

IOf has 192 million shares in issue, average daily volume is 350k which is sells and buys.

On the 10th of September Mr richard Sneller informed the company that he held.

11 million 155, 904 shares in the company equaling 5.8 % of the company, the previous position was 0 thats Zero.

the AIM disclose limit is 3% and should be done as soon as practicable but with two days of the limit being breached.

there is no way he observed the 3% disclose rule, posters on IOF speculate that he is an ex fund manager with Blackrock.

This happens frequently in the the main markets as well as AIM.

I am not saying this poster doesn’t know what goes on but perhaps is mistaken on this one.

L-A When you read that again, you know its going be great, a new CEO of a company that got a 30% share of an already fantastic find would never risk his career to ‘ramp a new find.’.

On the GGP website where they talk about Hav there is the following quote,

So at the time of writing that update the results from EB were encouraging.

Since then SD has said to my recollection, ( these are not direct quotes but the best I can remember), we have seen spectacular results from the EB, we are very excited about the results from the EEB, to find this ore body/deposit next to the existing orebody is amazing, EB has a different geological make up, we have found new / different mineralisation at Depth.
and probably very significant.

We after spending a lot of time thinking about the EB.

If the EB is not something special i will be very surprised indeed, after that messaging SD will have no credibility if the results are just ok. There is no way the world that he would be saying the things that he has said if he hadn’t seen the evidence to back up them up, this is going to be a great piece of news.

So Sd is getting more and more enthusiastic and as one poster mentioned very Candid about the E Breccia, he has gone from saying that it is very exciting to saying that there is a new geology ETC

NCM are generally very conservative on what they say, but not what they do, regarding Hav so i think its a fair assumption that they have given the OK for SD to be more revealing about what we can expect, regarding the E breccia

NCM have said openly that the see their company as being undervalued.

Since the 28th of Sept their SP is up just over 10%

It seems fairly clear to me that to move from an explorer to a producer, the immediate need IE the next 3 to 5 years is to have a finance person that understands the industry rather than a mining person that hasn't had in depth exposure to the funding side of building a multi- billion dollar business business. After 3 to 5 years SD will have to show that he is a true leader to take the company to the next step or he will need to move on. and make way for the next type of CEO that will be required.

What could it mean by different Geo Chemisrt and different ore body/ deposit. I am assuming it isn’t the same make up that has been reported? Any ideas on what it means
