So my reasons are, primarily i think a SOP valuation is still a viable option. What price i think quite bit more than here.

Some points that i think about as well are.

- if a concert party is in play if MM buys more, then his party partners can't buy either and those are likely to be the II’s that support him and the company.
- Sellers are in action either forced or by choice , I don't really think shorts are an issue, its the continual selling that does the damage.
- MM last presentation was poor Corporate governance wise and will have encouraged holders that were on the fence to sell, that presentation allied with Lib dropping the SOP method of valuation. Caused a lot of damage
- there was also a downgrade of profits in that presnetation
- Lord Allen might well have been caught out by the macro situation on his first 1.25 million purchase but surely not on his second at 42p ish only 15 days ago , giving him an average of Circa 65.

On the SOP beauty must be with twice todays sp as a bare minimum and likely a lot more.

I know Golden doesn’t like broker downgrades to be ignored and rightly so, but i would point to Lib and SIS, on the 10th of May they had a target of 1 pound, that was reiterated on the 15th of Sept, on the 30th they ran a placing for them to raise cash at 15p and they still hold a target of 1 pound.

They may well see SIS as a better proposition than THG despite the need for a fund raise but i don't agree, SOP for both or neither IMO.

Anyway I got some more with a 35 in front today and will buy again if it drops further.

I think it will be ok!!

For me, SD has done fantastically well, new board with major players , independence from NCM and getting the finances in place to secure the path to Hav production.

As to re-investing, topping up or selling out IMO it comes down to do i /we want to be part of the journey to making the company into a multi-billion pound player, and what will be the chances of that happening.

I think the right people are in place to do this, as does most of the mining community in Oz i would suggest.

These individuals will have plenty of ideas, contacts and no doubt some preferred actions that will be being worked on right now.

I would expect that sometime next year a bold move will be made and that move will be before Hav is producing regular cash to GGP.

I also think that everyone else will be thinking the same sort of thing, i saw that some commentators in OZ were saying the new players didn’t join to wait for Hav, and so are expecting some activity outside of Hav/ existing drilling plans.

IMO a takeover/merger with a cash producing entity will be a likely move, probably using paper and perhaps taking on more debt.

But I am sure that the board is much more imaginative than me, so anything could happen.

The question for me is do i want to back in with a significant holding ( for me) or not.

I am unsure ..very helpful i know.

Without being flippant it's not about Hav anymore, it's what are the big moves that will come next , will they add value, in what timeframe and at what level of risk

There is plenty of information on post results trading, including price rises on premium products. Such commentary notably absent from THG’s

Current Macp of 24 million on Circa 70 million revenue. So around 35% of revenue. Not a multiple. But still higher than THG

One comment on the SIS board.

Surely, it's time to look at the serial failure being delivered by the current CEO and conclude that fresh eyes and some basic competence are required.

Glassdoor is an excellent means of getting a view of organisational health and thereby future prospects. I'd recommend a scamper down the reviews - they're a damning picture of the CEO and the culture he's created. Talent is fleeing the business and yet the architect of the implosion remains.

Perhaps helps explain the need for THG to issue shares to key workers.

Consolidation awaits one would think.

Golden - I looked at SIS and they seem to be operating as usual. Website up deals being made available and so on.

It seems to me that there are holders big and small that want out of THG. That could be because,

- They don't like ThG in particular
- They don't like the sector whatever sector they think THG is in
- They don't like internet stocks
- They don't like retail stocks
- They don't like growth stocks
- They want dividends
- They want FCF or profit
and so on
Also some will be forced to sell for whatever reason that drives their decisions.

Buyers who would like to take advantage of that and build a holding wait until the sales drive down the price and they wait , and they wait and then they might buy and then perhaps sell to further drive down the price. But essentially they want to end up with a decent holding.

That will eventually play out IMO and then we will see the sales slowing and the buyers having to get more aggressive.

But right now the sellers are selling more than the buyers will take, all made worse by the current macro.

All i can do is wait for the change.

Of course it could be that events make THG a poor bet in the macro and the buys will stop before the sellers.

IMO These guys very rarely double down and generally increase their holdings as the company does well and the SP increases.

I guess you sell if you think discounted cash method is the only game in town and if you feel that SOP can still apply, even in part, then buy or hold.

Yesterday in the run back up to 40 i hope that some of our existing holders were buying rather than selling.

A fair few shares changed hands.

So are you all still going to hold or is this the straw that breaks the back?

well if there was nothing going on in the background nothing would stop MM buying a few million quids worth at 40p IMO, there is no way he is skulking about thinking the company isn’t worth more than the current M Cap.

Just recently launched non dairy into the US with strong reviews and the deal with Iceland has been made public so activity happening as the company pushes on.

I am even beginning to think it might trade itself out of trouble on a cash flow basis, but i am holding for corporate activity.

After 14 years of Zero interest on savings it’s about time borrowers started paying for money rather than getting it for free.

Zombie companies will go to the wall, freed up capital will be deployed more usefully.

The biggest transfer ever of money from savers to borrowers is finally coming to an end and the free money that has driven house prices to insane levels will disappear, the younger generation will soon hope to get into a house or at least have a rented one at a reasonable rent.

REVb directors history are full of failed ventures and bankruptcies. MM despite his apparent inability to meet listed corporate governance standards, has a very successful history.

I am holding as i don't think its a con, if i did i would just sell and take my loss.
