Another day, another double digit drop and more looming silence.
A BOD who are sat rocking back and forth in a circle, looking at each other frantically for a miracle. Idly watching the SP drop and not a word, not even an attempt to try to give the holders something to look forwards to. From the AGM, if the raise isn't achieved then we will not be drilling. Good job guys, very good job.
CFO with the intelligence to buy a busted rig, GJ. No comment on how much it was but "it saved us heaps". Sure bud, sure. I'll hold 1/2 bc I would hate to sell out and some sort of miracle to happen. That is what this needs, a f*cking miracle.
This really is a gamble. Anyone suggesting otherwise is lying through their loss-bearing teeth.
The only issue here is the BOD are useless and therefore it is a gamble, but headed by a group who are unlikable and frankly clueless. Despite this? I average down, of course I do. The price is super low right now and it can/will go lower.
I find it laughable that any 'deal' they have brewing will be a constantly changing figure as the share price is plummeting. Who in their right mind would do a deal with HE1 when the SP drops every couple of days? Give it until Friday and it'll be 0.65 and a better price to negotiate.
Either way, I buy because I am moronic and a slight gambler. HRHR. DYOR.
No one is complaining about losing money from the gamble that is drilling/mining, I am very happy to lose money if the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. This all just stinks and nothing is making any sense. I've sat and read all the thoughts and glanced over the numbers and it has lead me to the simple question of... what the f*** is going on?
Surely, suuuuuuurely, they should consider answering some questions and try to steady the very rocky ship?
This BB is full of angry shareholders who are NOT angry about losing money, but are totally in the dark about HOW we lost our money. Sure, it is a good buy in now, it was a good buy in at 4p, but 50% drops are 50% drops. If the space is as incestuous as some people are suggesting, they could fold this up and move onto the next one.
G'ah I hate it. Lorna has a storm brewing full of karma in this life or the next.
@Dai
It is more the lack of asking the interviewer how they were also doing. Stuff like that sticks out like a sore thumb to me, she seems far too stressed and knows more than she is telling us. Ironic when she is being overtly 'transparent' with SP crushing snippets imo.
@Sharebel;
I hear you, but it just sounds really suspect to me. "We had some random offer come across our desk and then we turned to each other and said 'well, we could use some more money'." Doesn't sound very unsolicited to me, sounds far too coincidental.
What I do find baffling is the unnecessary honesty about requiring funds, instead of securing in private and then announcing the result. Not sure there was much thought given in regards to the shareholders with that blunder. I saw someone mention earlier today that by announcing that they are trying to secure it, the price would fall and that would appeal to those they seek funding from more (more for their money).
Seems a huge oversight or a distasteful tactic, but I've sworn to myself that I will ensure to watch at least 2hrs worth of interviews with any future investment considerations and ensure that the CEO/BOD seem to be decent people. I cannot stand listening or watching the interviews, Lorna comes across both rude and robotic. Give me her salary and I'll gladly read a script.
Agh I hate reading this forum. Most days, there tends to be some good speculation and theories dashing around which allows for us all to piece together our own beliefs on the current situation. On other days, like today, there is f*** all to read but just back and forth nonsense.
This share is nothing but a gamble. I'd say the odds are stacked against us all because I am invested in it lol. 70/30 that Lorna comes out and declares that this will take longer blah blah blah. This is based on nothing but the continued push backs and the clear script reading that she does whilst trying to maintain a positive smile. I am often baffled that people manage to get to their positions, silver spoon perhaps?
Either way, good luck all and please try to stop with the nonsense for my sake (I can't keep away from reading the tripe).
Right, so I’ve been spending a few days doing some research into HE1, including speaking and discussing with personnel on the ground and there are some really positive signs that helium is rife here.
The first huge indicator is the fact that the drill that we have been using has, ever so slightly as the drilling has been progressing, gradually increased in its octave. I hear from personnel that the initial sound was a very low grumble, but we are experiencing a high whining noise (the same kind of tone to that of an alarm that deters both children and cats). Very positive.
The second was that Keith, the chap I’ve been dealing with, is a 55 year old heavy drinker and smoker, but despite this, he has started to sound like Alex Jones in his vocal prime.
The cherry on the cake is, through the grapevine, the team are testing out utilising some of the gas release to attach balloons to the drill, which should help ease it out.
All very positive. WWTBOOTOTW. DYOR.
Void; tf are you on about?
Everyone here is here to make money, simple as. I always thought this forum was a space for knowledge sharing, instead of incessant ramping, deramping and pointless posts, like yours.
I'd sooner you didn't respond at all and allowed someone else to answer the fair question.
On the topic of "fooking loads", how much of this is attainable for HE1?
I would imagine the Tanzanian government would like a nice slice, and the cost of extracting any (if at all) helium out of the ground could also be expensive. If we are looking at >$1B worth of helium, would be see 50% of that? More? Less?
I've been in and out of this share for years and it is exciting to see that we are close to the end of this drill, and whilst there is clearly helium in the ground (and no one is denying that), the roll of the dice really is whether we can extract is and how much there is. I am back in, but I accept that it is a total gamble, as are most exploration companies.
GLAH.

A few days until the drilling goes ahead again. Electrical issue fixed. Positive.
Timeline: "All goes to plan", finished at the well sometime next week.
That study is good for us. Realistically, we know that vaping isn’t as bad a smoking. We also know that, despite smoking being clearly a leading cause of cancer, it still isn’t banned. Therefore, it’s safe to assume that irrespective of the results here, they won’t outright ban vapes.
Another silver living is the study will take 18 months. In that time, CHILL can continue to push retail and make hay whilst the sun is shining.
Positive imo.
Thank you BS.
The article regarding "95% being blown out of proportion" seems a little bit of a non-article. No new news in there, another opinion thrown into the mix of many opinions. Legitimate vape companies mirror the underlying sentiment of that article, in the sense that kids should not be vaping and we are all wanting to support a the cessation of tobacco and, eventually, nicotine.
"He says the 2015 public messaging should have been clearer - vapes are only for adults addicted to cigarettes."
This is the real paragraph that matters.
