Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
People feared the raise, the raise has taken place. It is out in the open and no other nasties hiding in the alleys for at least the next 6 weeks. Results should come back within the next month and once we have that rubber stamp, the 4.7% Helium cannot be disregarded.
I bought at 1.9p this morning and very happy to put some more money into this. The SP is still tiny compared to the previous high, not sure why anyone would want to sell unless slicing previous profits, in which case you had a great chance to do that yesterday.
idk DYOR.
It seems pretty crazy to me that the SP is where it is, but then I am not a Helium expert, or an expert in anything rigging or mining and so maybe I am oversimplifying this entirely.
From my perspective, our ATH (MCAP wise) was £170mn. At this stage, we had not found any Helium (or any other gas for that matter) and this was all a speculative play. Fast forward to modern day, we have just hit the jackpot in terms of concentration, we have also found Hydrogen as well. Someone mentioned that Ammonia is also a potential play here too, given the Nitrogen? Either way, my knowledge isn't great so I am not sure of any of this.
Where we are today is at almost 50% lower than our ATH. Noble Helium found under 3% concentration. We have also been informed that Canada and the US find commercial Helium when the % exceeds 0.5%. What am I missing? Lorn was dressed up nice and professional for the interview, she is clearly in discussions elsewhere for JV, buy out or other.
There is some fear around a potential raise. The recent raise (at a 72% discount) was to keep the lights on. Someone rightfully pointed out that we are in a much better position now, and so any raise would potentially be around 10-20% discount. If we raised for £10m at a price of 2p per share, we would print 500,000,000 shares. That isn't a crazy dilution and in the long term, 10p would still be a very likely target to hit.
What am I missing? Am I oversimplifying? Is the % concentration not actually that important at all? ChatGPT said that this was an extraordinarily high find, is AI full of s*it?
I received an email from Investor Meet Company saying that the meeting on the 8th is cancelled.
The question is, did they cancel the meeting bc it was set for the wrong date? If so, where is the link for the new meeting? Is this no longer being done through that platform?
Not sure. Confused.
