What we know about Nano shot:

"During 2022, the Company carried out in-house trials on various plants to determine how to improve and accelerate their growth via the use of nano technology. The trials have shown great results and the Company will be launching a Nano shot for the hydroponics market in the first quarter of 2023 called the Atomic Nano. Further Nano Shots are expected to be released later in the year for plants, vegetables and fruit. It comes in a 40ml bottle as opposed to 1 litre for nano 10-9.
Aimed at people who grow fruit hydroponically at home? I hope they have done their market research on that. It doesn't seem like there would be that many people who do that and the fraction who do who would care enough to fork out for this stuff must be minimal..competition growers maybe?

IMHO, The saving grace is the last sentence of the RNS:

" Immediate interest and engagement of a major fruit and vegetable supplier has been forthcoming and we expect this to result in a joint development for bespoke fertilizer products in due course.".

I doubt they will use the 40ml bottles more like tankers of the stuff!

So my guess the launch of the nano shot is just to give the formula extra credibility in our negotiations with the big fish fertilser companies.

Come on Duffin get one of these massive deals over the line soon. The world needs fertiliser not more of your bullsh*t.

Lots of companies pivoted back then to do what they could to help out with the pandemic.

You are right; We are technically not yet late on what was promised on the Nano shot product, but we are on other measures and many of the measures we have are super vague.

The use of Quarters concerns me because it's easy to say promised in the 1st and delivered in the second(giving the impression of a tiny slip) but in reality the start of the 1st Q to the end of the 2nd is almost 6 months. If they start restating in Halves it could go to almost a year.

After all that has gone on with this company and the way they have behaved I'd like more measurable, realistic targets and better visibility to see progress made.

Obviously if they get the nano shot out in Q1(and it makes some money) then all will be instantly forgiven.

Sorry to rant, I'm having a bad day on the markets and seeing all the red next to my holding here is a little upsetting. I hope they do pull it off!
