@StockCheque The Italian gas/gas to power is classed as a transition fuel in the EU. They have some plans to expand this.

I think it would be a good move to make some payment when the ICC1 is received. Shareholders appreciate real money going into their accounts and once they see this is happening they will not want to be out of the next 2 arbitrations.

They just won 9M usd. I expect they will RNS to say they have started grabbing that money soon.

I don't see any financial distress here, just good strong position to take forward the remaining arbitrations and the legal case against SMP drilling contractor(which could also be filling our coffers soon).

They will want the World Bank to keep financing activities in their country. I don't think they will want to P them off by defaulting.

If the report of a settlement approach from LadyodAim is correct then the Tunisians have already told us what is important to them. They want extended credit terms to pay us off over several years. This would get them out of the immediate requirement for a massive amount when they are having difficulties with the economy. I think they may be likely not to care as much about the overall figure as long as they can pay it down in instalments. If we get something like a substantial part of what we are asking for but over 10 years I will be very happy with my annual divi/payout.

OK the 6.4m was the other wells and it was for the 2nd oil lift, but you get the point.

Remember when we got 6.4m USD for an oil lift from that same asset. lol

@SV Let's check back in a couple of months and see how much they have made. :)

Best of luck to them trying that one. Sounds a much weaker argument than claiming a different jurisdiction and we just saw the court was not pleased with that. Anyway I'm sure the interest bill and costs will keep accumulating as long as they want to string it out.
