I guess it's possible that AC has done something clever with the decision from ICC1. This is money that we are owed, whether we have collected it or not. It may be that he's been able to get financing in the USA for example on the basis that we are owed the money even if we haven't received it? We know they would like to expand operations there with Leopard in the states and Trump seems quite favourable to drilling.

Then again how much effort could he put into this if the other cases are ongoing and the negotiations(possibly), I don't know.

Classic case of the market misunderstanding news. deepseek is good for ai companies that use primary ai models trained by a third party, that can now be substituted for a lower cost open source competitor.

Imagine being able to use a. i. as a sales funnel into the largest market in the world.

I think there was some kind of logic to having both courts. like the icsid one having something to do with the world bank and may hamstring them more when raising finance. not sure just the impression i got.
