The longer they drag out the payment the more the interest will be. We are making good coin while they take their time. I can't imagine that anyone would ever take matters to a tribunal if the monies could then not be recovered. That would undermine the whole process and rule of law.

Does collection come in the order of judgements? ie payments received would not start to pay icsid until icc1 and icc2 are paid, assuming all are won.

Since we previously had a spike upto .50 there is a good chance imho that most LTH are sticky upto the .40's since they could have exited higher before if they had wanted to.

There's always the traders but even they don't seem to be selling much down here.
