I can't see why you could ever get them below 69p. When I checked just now the share is on at £0.9975, the Rights at £0.3035. Take one from the other and you have £0.69, give or take. The Rights price more or less tracks the Share to keep the £0.69 exercise price, and my guess it will do so until the Rights close on 12th June, as would any other Rights Issue in the interim between grant and closure. If you buy the right at £0.3035 and exercise it you pay another £0.69 to get a share; if you buy the share outright you pay £0.9975, using the above quotes.
