Yes, I have, how can you repay the remaining outstanding pre production payment if you hadn't started repaying? Due to the lack of any tests being produced. Where does it say, that if a test hasn't started to be produced then the full pre production payment is to be repaid by supplier.(odx)

It does say that up scaling production capacity can be carried out in pHase 1.So how an you upscale production capacity without incurring costs?

None of the pre production payment has been paid back, so how can the remaining amount be repaid. Government failed to licence a test to odx so that they could produce and start to repay the payment per each test produced.

What ftom a poster on here who has admitted that they had lost on the shares here. Some people/posters seem to know everything about different company's, and claim to be experts but they seem to have the same problem with whichever share they hold. Just look at their posting history.

Why would a government give a company a pre production payment before they had been told to commence production?

Why would the payment be agreed to be paid back by deducting an amount from each test to be produced?

Whose machines were used to help with cassetting and pouching?

Who put odx in touch with company with government contract?

Where does it say in contract that if odx doesn't commence production that odx would repay the pre production payment?

Or that if odx did not produce enough tests so that the payment could be repaid, then odx would repay the government what they haven't repaid ftom their own money?
