Company Confident on more than one occasion in Trading Update in RNS dated 17th April 2023.

Firstly ODX has funds for their growth strategy,as confirmed of £5m cash in bank as declared in that RNS.

Secondly they are confident about growth plans on the US market(the largest market for food sensitively testing globally).

Thirdly they took swift action in bringing in consultants and were still confident that those actions would deliver a material improvement.

Fourthly they are developing new tests microbiome and nutrigenomics,which are due to be launched in Q2 FY24.

The company remains confident that FY24 will be a year of significant revenue growth. Nothing been released to say any difference from this.

CEO and CFO both buying shares and further shares this year. Company said looking forward to updating shareholders in July. Although it is now the third week in July, there is no evidence whatsoever that ODX will not do as they have previously advised. Tho the naysayers try to say different. This week probably the last week to buy before RNS released, if taking notice of company announcement within RNS.

Maybe the reason for the RNS being released at the end part of the month, is that there is that much news to be released.
