Its just that people have been saying ' Value will come' for an awful long time now and it never has and shows little signs that it ever will. Hope I am wrong but apart from a couple of spikes this company has failed it's investors miserably.

Looks like more money for mates and nothing for investors to me. Is this company ever going to make money for ites investors?

Geting very excited but also very depressed at the same time. Every time you think it has turned the corner it comes straight back down again. This should be well above 6p if any offer at all is on the table. Just exactly what does he mean when he says talks are going well - having some really nice lunches????

Simple answer is greed. Unfortunately I was at the wrong end of a fraudulent scam with London Capital &Finance who had plenty of reps who happily lied to investors to get their money.
The FCA are in deep trouble over it as they were supposed to be regulating the company. People are easily led. I happen to be one of the fortunate few to get back their investment. All left in the hands of the Serious Fraud Office now so little likely to be done.

No news, nothing bought, nothing sold, no change in SP. Have we been frozen?

I have resisted topping up so far as I thought it could not possibly go lower than 6p, but it continues to fall. A decent offer now from AA could see this triple but there must be good reason for this disastrous turnaround. I don't know whether to feel sick or excited. Some proper detailed news is well overdue. If, as stated in the last RNS, positive negotiations are still taking place this should be much higher. So what is our real position. Someone who actually knows please tell us

About a month ago I was 100% up. Now I am 1% down. Just wish I had a crystal ball as there seems to be no logical reasoning here.

Didn't the RNS say negotiations are going well. Surely he would not lie?
However, for a deadline to be missed you would assume that negotiations are not going well.

Are they allowed to say what offer, if any, was made. If it was above the SP we should go up appropriately. I am sure it would not have been less.

Not so long ago the SP rose to over 8p based on the presumption of an offer of at least 10-12p from AA. If AA have made an offer it will be well in excess of 6p without doubt. So why has the SP fallen to less than 4.5p when there are others waiting in the wings to make better offers. For that reason I will be putting all my spare cash here ( which unfortunately is nothing).

Feel like this should be a simple pile some money in but I thought that at levels much higher than this and it dropped a long way despite most saying it will be a multi bagger. Those jam tomorrow contributors seem to be right.

My first reaction Graham was the same. Hopefully a bidding war but at present the whole situation leaves a sour taste in the mouth. How can negotiations that are 'going well' take 20% off of the SP when we have already suffered a %50 drop in the last few weeks. Not good at all. Like many I have changed from expectancy to hope.

My thoughts exactly safe. This was flying until the placement was made. I thought that it might be just giving his mates a mates rate profit at the time so bought some more thinking it couldn't possibly go below .28p. There is no reason for it to be at this level if things are as we have been led to believe.

And to think that when i first started looking at UKOG a few years ago the SP was over 8p. Bought in at 1.6p when everyone was saying it couldn't get any lower and Horse Hill was going to make everyone rich. Should never listen to anyone on here (even myself). Nobody seems to have a clue about what is going on and unfortunately the bod are taking full advantage of that.
