Only another 300% and I might get my money back

A name change usually indicates that a company wants to hide it's unsuccessful past and this seems to be no different. So may promises and so little achieved. So here is to a more successful future, I would like to get some of my money back.

that is a couple of days now that a promising start has fallen back late morning / afternoon. If it wasn't frustrating enough before now this is intensifying the agony.

The last time we got 'funded' we were at .28p. What happened to all that money? Seems to have gotten us nowhere fast and we ended up having to get more funding. All it seems to be doing is paying wages whilst companies wait for us to go under. I hope I am very wrong but a del should not have taken this long.

Well at least this 'fantastic news' produced a £200+ buy (lol) but again an RNS that has had no positive affect on the SP. Yet again it seems to be all will be good eventually - or will it??????

Looks like another crap day at the office then. Or is he actually in the office. Come to think of it, is anyone in this company doing anything????

Is PC having an extended Xmas holiday or is he just permanently on holiday??

Was looking forward to a happy new year and almost had it. Everyone of the companies I have invested in (10) are up today except this one, yet this one is the company I have most hope for this year. Come on ARCM.

Unfortunately the last paragraph sums it all up. 'The future looks bright'. People have been saying this for a long time now whilst the SP has continued to fall rapidly, today looks like being no exception. Already a miserable xmas for SRES shareholders and it doesn't look like being a very happy New Year either looking at the SP. Just get the bloody deal done. Nothing less than a 200% rise from here is acceptable.

Looks a lot worse than that if you go back a few more years Safe.

When I said brought in I meant are we producing anything? Anyone can borrow money and dilute but all that does is create bigger debts and is rarely positive.

But that has diluted the company and plummeted the SP.

Just looking at the previous RNS which seems to show a lot of things happening:-
· Focus continues on development of the fully mine permitted CS natural pozzolan and perlite deposit in Nevada.
· Discussions held with multiple parties
Board is working on strategies
· CS Natural Pozzolan has now been conditionally approved
· Industry feedback continues to highlight the use of natural pozzolan
· Customer testing continues
· Targeting distinct regional markets
Collaborative arrangement with an existing processor of natural pozzolan
Option to Purchase granted to US subsidiary of Spanish company Tolsa S.A.
· Sepiolite, an industrial mineral, has unique characteristics, is scarce, with very few commercial deposits in the world.

But is any money being brought in to keep us alive for another year? $50,000 might be a nice xmas present for PC but does very little for shareholders. People keep saying be patient but is not 12 years of waiting being patient enough????

Not really the RNS Iwas hoping for to double our SP before Xmas. Surely we can't have another red day today. Fingers crossed.

Well I said yesterday that I thought we would not get a sale by the 28th Dec deadline. It probably woke PC up who had probably forgotten all about it. So another year? Will we be able to survive that long? Merry Xmas to one and all except the BOD

If this doubles because of an eventual deal it will still be a shocking result considering we were flying at .28 not too long ago. Since then fund raising and dilution have destroyed all confidence and this is being reflected in the SP.

Down, down deeper and down as Status Quo would put it.

On 28 June 2022, Sunrise granted Tolsa a 6-month option to purchase the Pioche Project for $1.25 million and an ongoing payment to Sunrise of a 3% royalty. This option may be extended for a further 12 months on payment of $50,000 to Sunrise within the option period (see announcement of 28 June for detail).
Time is almost up. What is the betting that no deal is done, or we have to wait another 12 months for nothing.
We are hovering around what is probably an all time low when we should be at a record high if we are to believe PC ( fantastic assets, numerous companies ' competing' for our product, potential $1 million plus from Tolsa). Come on PC give it to us in honest black and white - Where do we stand and pleased don't say negotiations are ongoing.

Still have hope for this company to come good but have to admit that for a company that is supposed to have outstanding assets and numerous companies 'fighting' to make a deal with us we are achieving rather less than a BTEC Business studies group would do.

So how is he going to explain this? Not exactly a happy Christmas. Come on PC what the hell is going on?????????
