Surely if we get an agreement we will be rolling in dosh so why put out warrants at a price which will then be at a ridiculously discounted price. A signed agreement should see this go well above 0.4p.

Looks like a lot of positive stuff there Burton. But it has looked positive for the last 10 years with the SP continuing to fall. Surely something has to come good. This needs to get to at least o.3p for any credibility.

Almost got excited last week when we went up 10% for no apparent reason, only to come back down again the following day. Would be nice to see the reverse of that and go up 5% this pm but think that is highly unlikely so net 5%plus loss. For God's sake get the deal done.

So where did that 10% come from. Just wish I had a clue what was going on here????

Unfortunately Warthog I was one of those involved in the LCF debacle where invertors lost over £200,000,000. I was one of the fortunate ones who got their money back. The end result was a damning report on the failings of the FCA which they have pretty much ignored, Bailey getting promoted despite being recognised as asleep at the wheel and the bunch of crooks who set up the ponzi scheme still at large living life of luxury on stolen money.

A shame this follows a 5 % drop yesterday or I might see it in a slightly more positive manner. So again it leaves us with another RNS that does nothing to improve the SP and does nothing to instil confidence in the future of our 'major' projects.

Can someone tell me how the Pioche Project has been accretive to shareholder value when our sp has fallen drastically in recent times.

It doesn't seem long ago that we were at .28, a deal was imminent that would transform the company and all here were happy as Larry. Just what has PC done? Cut the SP by 60%, finalised no deal and kept frustrated investors in the dark. Shame on you PC. I should have took more notice when you said that you were not interested in lth and only wanted new investors. Now all we have is a lot of investors who have been here a long time and just hoping for a spike to get out.

Sent an email last week. Usually get a reply but not this time. Think he has gone into hiding.

Just sent them another email to ask just what is going on. Don't expect too much back.

Just who are the companies and how many are still interested. This should have been done and dusted months ago. Come on PC earn your wages.

This has become like a lottery ticket now. Don't really expect to win but there is always a chance. Lost too much to sell up.

Hope you are right Eagle as I could do with a tripple bag. If that was the case though it makes the loan deal seem very poor, as we should have been able to get the money for offering far less shares if we had waited for a couple of weeks.

just looked back at long term SP and we are now only 99.9% down on the value in 2005. Well done team.

I had hoped that the AGM would be used to give confidence in us going forward and stimulate new investors. Instead it has browned off long term holders and resulted in a 10% fall in SP.

They need it, we have it, yet we still can't finalise a deal and the SP continues to spiral downwards. Just shows how useless the BOD are.
