Lets hope you're both right, that placing of 0.5p sat so badly and my feeling at the time was TG had some sort of involvement with price and terms - wouldn't put it past them to have similar terms in the ML

IMO there could be a couple of reasons they're taking time to mull over the ML proposal

1. Onerous demoands from TG which are hard to swallow

2. Buying time to find a JV partner and release news at same time

Noticed the offloading too - just before close yesterday, as an example. Doubt its Lombard, with the size of their stake surely the preference would be offloading the whole lot to someone interested in a BO.

If there is a silver lining, its that all bad news should be out of the way now and hopefully the only way is up in 2025. Haleon hiring and spending money on TV adverts during football games indicates confidence. Coopers expanding to another 5 markets by end of 2025 indicates confidence. Partners are committed, albeit for now. We need the board to show their commitment with inside buys

This is a new product and learning curve for all, will just mean a longer hold for long suffering investors

SP drop is overcooked, however if no inside buys following this rout we'll know it's done and it may be time to cut losses
