Try Interactive Investor, I have my SIPP with them, I find them very good and their user interface online for buying and selling is very user friendly
Moved a Standard Life pension over to them in 2020, was a very smooth process.
Ah yes, sorry, wasn't thinking about Sierra and any positive announcements from them. Brain not firing on all cylinders, must need more coffee.
Sadly I dont think there will be big news announced - mainly because one of the SAR Directors Stephen Parker bought £10K worth of shares this week. So if they suddenly announced very positive news then he would get investigated for insider trading.
Yep $550K (27.5% of $2m) on dosing of first patient in phase 1 trial.
Was your new bike a Santa Cruz Heckler by any chance?
If so then nice ride.
Also ridden by the legend that is Danny Macaskill.
I have used one of the LFT tests for travel provided by a company called Express Test (cost me £35), and I can assure you they are Chinese made as I checked.
I am a holder of ODX and have a long SB on them so I want them to do well and am sure that they will.
But I think that these approved companies will still be uisng / selling Chinese tests simply because the profit margins for them will be that much greater than using a UK made test.
The whole paying for travel tests thing is just a money making con for Tory donors and friends of the party. Simple as that.
Just checked my II SIPP and my COPL holding is showing as worth £1,500,000, - brilliant - wish I could cash that amount out.
I put that into Google translate and I am still none the wiser!!
Which day will it be 1p on exactly? Maybe 12 months from now if we are lucky. I have a fair chunk invested in SYME, and down quite a lot on paper, just need to hold now, I am 70/30, confident / concerned. AZ needs to get his act together.
Meanwhile, in France, if you go into a bar or restaurant without a valid COVID pass, you could go to jail or get a big fine:

Thoth2 - at those kinds of prices per share, you're going to need a bigger boat. Here's some inspiration for you: https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/for-sale
Although I am sure you don't need any inspiration and are already dreaming big.
Nah, 30p is not enough! I am in the Thoth camp on this, at the very least I would like £1 a share, but ideally it will be £3 or even more.
Would certainly give me a very pleasant retirement in 5 years when I can touch my SIPP.
SAR if not already in comms with this fund, should definitely hit them up / get on their radar.

Exscientia, an Oxford-based firm that uses artificial intelligence to develop medicines, has won a $1.5m grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (the above fund) to create a Covid-19 treatment that also works for new mutations or other Sars viruses.

When exactly did he tweet this?
Certainly not today.
Cards being held very tightly to chest. However, they did sound positive and there is a lot of potentially great developments in the near(ish) future.
Thank you for your answer RegulatorUK, good to know.
I have been receiving quote a few emails to my business recently from companies trying to sell me instant (LFT) COVID tests, both antgen and antibody.
The latest today came from this company:
https://www.encoderapidtestkit.com/
Is it legal for them to be selling these kinds of tests to all and sundry?
I could theoretically place an odrer and use these at home for me and and my family and supply friends etc.
Oops ignore me - replied on wrong thread - ha ha ha
Guess you better tell someone to hurry up and raise the price then as there is only 45 mins of trading time left!!
Voted against using my 796,619 shares in II SIPP. Filled in the voting form II posted in my account.
Also hold 318,713 in an ISA with X-O / Jarvis, but they want to charge me £20 to vote, cheeky gits.
Is there a way I can vote with these shares but avoid paying the £20 to Jarvis?
