Whilst it’s clearly high risk on the surface, I think it’s actually quite a low risk high reward trade considering the bad news is out & the potential for those two insiders to be buying considerably more stock is v high

And that’s evidenced by them already buying big % chunks last few days..? Please confirm, looks v interesting

My understanding and please confirm, is that insiders will keep buying more shares to have a larger % to push ahead with the delisting?

Due to delist assuming they have 75% of the votes

Currently they have c67%

Two insiders have bought since - will they keep going to get to the guaranteed 75%??

For me it can only be positive because the only bad thing is it delists which is what was meant to happen
