Haha blimey, judging by the tweet activity on my last post a lot more people read these boards than I thought...Hi to all the Lurkers :-D
...as I think I've just proved I don't have any issues with transparancy per se lol, and agree with points that you've both made C & PC...my concerns are more about the main social media platforms and how 1984 the world is getting. Hopefully my concerns are proved wrong...we'll see how well this ages lol.
Just for you Chesh :-D

I'm just a conspiracy theorist crayon eating dorset farm girl who likes this stock :-)
Oh don't get me wrong, i'm not against having non anon accounts per se - I can see how it could be beneficial to having better quality conversations if people are more accountable and cant hide behind a username.
I just worry about the 'black mirror' bigger picture implications of it all! :-)
Not sure I follow on your buy/sell comment mind?!
Interesting.
I also read the other day that a new IMF report suggests credit scores will soon be based on social media and web browsing history.
I binned social media after watching 'The Social Dilemna' on Netflix. Actually found it quite terrifying!
Here's hoping NU! Only a matter of time, but positive vibes and good omens can't hurt!
When we're at the breaking out shampers stage a deepverge lse fam meet up ought to be organised...i'd look forward to seeing you rock up in your nice new lambo!
Lol...I've got diamond hands for years with this stock...at some point i'll buzz onto the boards for a catch up and even the dog will be happy :-)
...and very nice NU! Funnily enough I bought a few crypto tokens called URUS on a punt back along, and its done very nicely since! Gonna see that as a weird good omen!
Nice to see you still around NU :-)
LOL indeed! I used to spend far too long reading these boards...DVRG was the first company I ever invested in, back when it was Integumen, and I got the warm fuzzies seeing the same names still posting. We've all been on quite a ride since then, and the share chat here feels like a little dysfunctional family, complete with occasionally grumpy uncles, bouncy cousins, sensible parents, and of course the dog. I mean, it'd be weird not having the dog around, he'd be missed I think...it'd just be nice if he didn't continuously **** in our shoes and scooch his ars3 across the floor quite so much :-D
I haven't been on LSE for a while, life having been an insane rollercoaster lately, but checked my portfolio earlier and f*** me, DVRG is back at these prices...couldn't resist buying a few more! Currently contemplating selling out at a loss on a few ducks I've got and throwing it here as well. Feeling quite nostalgic reading through the chit chat...nice to see the likes of chipper chesh and the usual LTH's still on the DVRG train, even seeing the standard gloomy posts from muggins made me smile haha
I don't know about you, but the reddit investors vs hedge fund short seller saga has kept me massively entertained!
We all know the kind of manipulation that goes on, usually at the expense of 'dumb money' - it's been interesting to see the reaction it's provoked now they've been played at their own game and found themselves scrambling.
This video had me laughing into my breakfast this morning, in particular the interview that starts at around 35secs.

Not enough people understand what has been happening in China with their Social credit system...

And we can see hints of it being implemented in the west...increased surveillance, censorship on a massive scale, loss of privacy etc etc.
What happens when the government decide to cut off your access to funds? Everything you buy and sell will be monitored, and punishment can be meted out if a transaction, your behaviour or even your thoughts are deemed undesirable.
You are either naive or successfully brainwashed by the msm to believe otherwise.
A must read to understand the appeal of Bitcoin and why experts are predicting further rises.

Thanks Pilgrim - I have had a scroll through, but didn't see anything clarifying when this might be available for consumers?
or what the proposed cost would be? Did I miss something? or is that info not in the public domain yet?
Hi all,
Well I had a lovely call from my friend recently thanking me for tipping him off about Deepverge
(I'd have called it more of a wine fuelled several hour enthusiastic waffle about how awesome this company is,
but regardless...he created an account with HL and invested...and is rather happy about it!)
Rather exciting being in the blue after a bit of an up and down year last year!
I told him this is just the start, hold those shares like cherished kittens because this company will
outperform! ...I can't help it, whenever I see an article/bit of news about Deepverge, in my head i'm going "Gerry, Gerry,
Gerry" (Jerry springer style...all the fault of a meme on twitter).
I digress...what I'm actually wondering is whether anyone has any info on the personalised skincare
service that's in beta at the moment? I realise it's possibly too early days, and apologies if this info is already out
there (I haven't had as much time recently for research) but is this something that Deepverge is offering
directly? or will it be sold to a brand to then on-sell? or both? Do we have any idea how much it will cost
for the consumer? timescales? Presumably if sold to a brand to on-sell, then the advice given in the personalised
regime would be tailored to that brands products? So if sold directly from Deepverge would the regime be brand generic?
i,e -"for your skin you need a product high in vitamin xyz?"
I'm mainly asking from an 'I need this in my life' customer point of view rather than investor!
My skin has always been quite terrible, and I've spent a fortune over the years, and still do, trying to improve it.
And it's always a trial and error thing...I actually dread to think how much money I've spent on various
skincare regimes and products, and with varying degrees of success, but results never seem to be consistent.
Makes sense that my skin might need different things at different times, so the subscription type model is
appealing. And a personalised regime is super appealing!
Sooo....when/how can I get it? and how much will it cost me?
Cheers
BH
Stayed in, topped up little bits.
Average is now 0.29 and currently showing a -35.21% loss.
Not at all bothered - love this company and what they're doing, excited for the future, and far too emotionally attached to be anything other than a long term holder and supporter lol.
I haven't been checking in here quite so often in recent weeks as I've been completely engrossed in the shenanigans surrounding the US election...and I absolutely agree GB, political games being played!
Testing will be what gets us to the point where the sick are quarantined, and the healthy can get on with their lives.
Not a vaccine that wont be distributed for a long while yet, and which a high percentage of the population have said they won't get anyway.
The vaccine is highly contentious - rapid daily tests will have a higher uptake and be more effective.
I was chatting to one of my friends yesterday who works as a carer in a nursing home for people with dementia.
She was describing how awful the nose swab tests are - everyone has to be tested once a week, and everyone hates it!
Regularly having a swab shoved up the top of their noses is apparently causing everyone to sniff like they have a cocaine problem, and having to nasally swab elderly confused residents who don't understand what is going on is traumatic for all involved.
Great RNS update this morning...the sooner the Microtox BT is made available the better!!!
Perhaps we should have saved the peurile banter for this thread :-D
My cheeky little top up at 11:02 for 1705 shares appears to be showing as a sell.
From my perspective of the trade it was most definitely a buy lol :-D
If my theory that the market makers were forced into selling short after the liquidity shock on the 8th holds water, then lots of chunky background sells at sub 4p would be lovely. Sooner the MM's can unwind their positions the sooner this will start to rise properly. IMO.
I for one am still massively excited with the progress that Deepverge have made/are making with
Labskin - but the breathalyser is also super exciting! It's been thoroughly thought through and ticks
all the boxes.
I'm quite baffled by the luke warm response to it from some quarters, and have come to the conclusion
that in the UK we're so used to the NHS, that the idea of having to pay for tests in this way
is leading to incredulity that it will be mass adopted (?)
But given that it is a GLOBAL market...jeez, surely these things will fly off the shelf in the states!
Healthcare costs in the US are insane.
My cousin lives in New york and has recently been trying to find out what is covered on her
insurance for a small surgery that she needs. Apparantly the operation itself is covered...but
the cost of general anaesthetic isn't! So she will need to pay $300 to cover the anaesthetic.
For a lot of people who don't have decent healthcare insurance, they have to decide if they're
sick enough that it's worth spending the $400 to visit a GP plus medication, they have to
neglect mental health issues because therapy and thus access to medication is over $100 a
session, if they have an allergy...EPI pens are $500.
One of my cousins friends commented on fb recently that her husband needed a PET scan for cancer
diagnosis. They got approval. The oncologist filled out the application, and the insurance
granted approval. He then had the PET scan. The insurance then denied the claim "because it
was used to diagnose cancer"!
And most Americans have got similar stories...the average American spends $10,000 on healthcare
a year.
Sadly I recently read that a recent Commonwealth Fund survey found that Insurance status and the high costs of
covid-19 interventions are leaving many Americans hesitant to be tested, scared to go to the emergency room.
....do we not think sales of the Microtox BT will fly next year?!
In terms of a product profile, the 'Desired' sample type for Covid tests are to use Sputum, saliva
or other method not using invasive swab.
With 'Acceptable' sample types being Nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs, lower respiratory tract
aspirates, bronchoalveolar lavage, nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate or nasal aspirate.
(Comment: Methods not using invasive swabs are desirable due to patient discomfort, pre-analytical
errors and issues with supply chain).
As far as I've been able to find out - Deepverge are the furthest along in the development of a
Covid breath test.
And not only are we on point from a consumer choice point of view with it being a breath test that
will detect Covid, it's underpinned by the Digi Health Pass AI platform, it's been designed with
the full product life cycle in mind with regards to recycling, and it's future proofed for detecting
other viruses!
