Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Hey RC.... now I think of it... hasn't Traderchick posted on here.
Terrible bit of self promo I know... but nothing ventured.... ;-)
original idea... great post RC
damn... did I miss... I was going to tout a new ICO called Coinstipation... but I was blocked !!
@Daindando - be careful with that mineral water for medicinal purposes - don't over do it ;-)
vacuous e-Toro reporting
- read the Bridgewater Assocs report
- take a look at a BTC price chart; get real news from other sources
- form your own opinion (investing will be more rewarding)
GLA
A price higher than you paid (incl. dealing costs). Never be afraid to take a profit. A look at the SP chart for BRH will show it's an adventurous share. SO if you buy at the right time and make a profit - be pleased and perhaps don't demand too much in your early days. Better to have a good experience than a good one go bad.
JimboJet65 and just to show that I'm not knocking... did you see the link posted by natnrg yesterday.
Well worth checking out as it pokes fun at us hodlers - we know - and we can laugh at ourselves without being critical.
Anyhow, it was perfectly scripted. If you watch it - I'm sure you will enjoy it... ATB

Jeez JimboGrinch... wouldn't wanna be one your kids, c'mon lighten' up a bit fella.
After events last week - relaxing of lock down today - the enthusiasm of the BB should be enjoyed :-)
I hope your investment in ARB delivers handsomely for you. ATB.

With the BB, BTC and the SP - you need 3 eyes for that lot and another for your ball !! I'd take the bacon butty + drink option and just soak up the atmosphere at the 19th !!
I would think it's as certain as BTC$100k a tech IPO will offer retail via primary bid (esp. with ARB/PW staked). Of course it will be very interesting to see how ARB addresses the listing/raise and it's right to maintain 25% interest. Theoretically, the IPO would represent the last 'cheap' entry point before the market picks up Pluto and 'Bolts' with it.
@GG - with that handle I guess you're a happy bunny today :-)
Agree, it's very good to feel the waft of positivity across the BB. Figure the only place to lose ones balls today will be on a fairway - certainly my experience anyway. Eyes on Pluto news indeed - I've been looking at benchmark IPO prices versus seed investor funding and early post-IPO trading. No idea how reliable - but one example was IPO price set equal to the last warrant price issued to seed investors. And a x2 uplift once trading commenced. Anyone not already up to their eyeballs in ARB might certainly think worth a punt. Enjoy the walk today ;-) ATB

Under the heading of "tip rubbish" I offer....
I'm Dreaming of a Blue Monday - Kerrching Crosby ?
Great to see the ARB BB can self-heal like a blockchain network
I like the Daily Mail article most for linking the price rise to use of HEP for mining. Coz of course the whole options expiry thing had nothing to do with it all. Nice piece of selective journalism DM :-)
Going to be interesting to see after the Thu/Fri pummelling (relatively), whether the weekend rise is lost by Monday am? Surely, time is nigh for BTC to fight back this weekend hex.
Afternoon 600
I read down as far as "US under allocated to international"... "hard to buy low and sell high"... and just thought ARB ADRs... ought to be a shoe-in :-)
@WhyWork - if its a genuine question - ISA types segregate the types of assets that can held within them. When you set up the ISA with a provider - they will provide you an account type that matches with the assets you want to hold. So a stocks and shares ISA will provide you access to the ISA providers trading platform - in a separately designated account from a regular trading account (if you hold one with them). Sure the video talks to overlaps on annual personal allowances and the benefits an ISA can provide you. OS one way to look at the ISA is as an "insurance". If you have an amount of money to invest that could exceed annual personal tax allowances - then the ISA has a potential tax advantage.
Hope that helps, ATB
BM
Yes well done - a you tube video... and your point is ?
@WhyWork... nope. One down - three to go.
To avoid confusion - do whatever the 'ell you want in an ISA. It's a "tax wrapper". Like cling film round your sandwiches, nothing can get at it. You keep any appreciation in share prices and dividend received free of tax. Gains/dividends do not use your annual allowances. It's like a mini-tax haven. Any losses incurred are similarly inside the wrapper meaning you cannot use losses inside an ISA against gains made in a regular trading account. You can contribute up to the annual allowance across any number of stock and shares ISAs. Though 1 stocks and shares ISA account should be enough. Using the annual allowance is measured one way - each time you contribute to it during the tax year. Meaning - if you withdraw money during a tax year - that amount is not netted against contributions. Only inflows (cash additions or share transfers in) are measured.
@1investor... developing a decent valuation model is a good skill. Drop in some P90 - P50 -P10 assumptions and a decision tree analysis and you have the framework for quantitative decision-making and risk analysis. My biggest concern is no-one wants the Pozz.Perl bad enough - that's why the project is dragging. Off-takers are not chomping at the bit. Potentially due to reclaiming buried fly-ash being more economical and helping with site restoration of coal power stations. Do you really think there is a project to progress ? What do you consider to be the risks of the CS Project ?
Hey Rookie - a neat attachment. Always good to see one-pagers like this.
On a quick fact check (assisting not criticising) are the GBP and USD SPs crossed over? Using the headline numbers in the flyer, it's an SP of USD 9.18 and GBP 6.65 (at 1.38). Taking the 175USD x 20 = $3.5billion / £2.5billion. Divide 381.2million shares. A couple of other pointers, although there is no debt currently, the Texas fit out will draw on the $100million loan facility, so the modelling will need to consider debt interest. The US market is OTCQX. "Good luck Argonauts".
Thanks for sharing.
