My thoughts are placing stock has already hit the market and been absorbed over the last week . We now wait for more news as are the institutions

totally agree then we will see the quality of the holders

also i cant imagine that the first placement with the two individuals will have any change in their holdings so with that in mind some of the talk on here about 20%drops etc is utter rubbish

These guys are serious investors who get behind companies not ones looking for a quick turn

As I explained earlier the Institutions would already be holders and could have sold stock if they wanted to over the last few weeks by using existing stock they own
And why would they want to? given where the company is at ,and as was mentioned in the statement yesterday about more updates coming?

We keep talking about placing stock coming back onto the market but as I said earlier they are probably already holders and could have sold at any time using existing stock.

Nobody has said that maybe these boys didnt buy enough stock and might want more

Why do a lot of people on here think that those who took stock in the placing will be dumping them?

For what it's worth fund managers who invest people's money into the stock market do not normally sell shares straight after buying them in their funds.

They invest in these companies for medium to long term to get the true value of the investments and if they were seen to be day traders or short term holders I can't imagine that the holders of the funds would be very happy !! And would probably move the money elsewhere

My view is that the stock won't be sold aggressively by them at all

are we worried about the placing stock now? I THINK NOT

Who cares about the dilution

The placees will all be long term supporters of the company and they will be very happy to be holding large amounts of stock in a company that will HOPEFULLY ADD many millions to the fund values, after all THAT IS WHY THEY INVEST

I would also imagine that the TESTS are NOT the only reason they put the cash in either

Lots of things could happen with a bit of luck but only time will tell

It would also be good if the company received some help in terms of grants like Moloigic did to speed things along .if this was a states side company i am sure that would have been the case.

Could be interesting if we get news on the day the placing goes through then what? any thoughts?
