The new advisor goes through a due diligence process before they engage with the company so they must have been happy with what they have been told.

I guess Rab capital the specialist investor must have thought lets lose 300k in quick order on what you guys are saying .
I think not !

Regardless if the company is in a closed period they would still have to notify the market if they won or lost contracts etc .

Company has to make the market aware of any price sensitive news such as trading updates contracts or bad news .

The point is that ,yes the names you mentioned were already holders and some well known ones at that .
Rab were not and therefore must have liked the story enough to put 300k in and have their name on the register .
The Management must have said the right things for them to invest and as you are aware you only get the one chance with those guys .
It is very frustrating that we have been waiting as long as we have for handover etc but for me Rabs entry was a key factor .
No doubt we will find out soon if that was a smart move or not !! Gla

Id like to know what Rab Capital were told to make them want to part with 300k , cant imagine its there is a delay on our mine but dont worry ,or its raining so cant cover any coal orders or covid has wiped out this year lets wait for next

The point is if it was material they would have said talks on handover are off...but they haven't its only a few days after February so in my mind could come at anytime now.
And once again why would RAB Capital come on board if they thought it wouldn't happen? they are no mugs

Green ..the point is if they had material news to announce then they would have done so ..talks are therefore ongoing re the handover which is good news in my book
And for me the fact that RAB are onboard is a big plus they wouldn't have done that unless they thought it was going to happen either.

Rab would not have invested or put their name to this stock unless they were confident enough that it will make them money either

If it was bad news they would have had to inform us as it would be material, therefore talks must be continuing .

Lets put this into perspective
They have NOT said that the handover is not going to happen which in my mind is good its just a timing issue ,
and the fact they are in dialog with the government about power could be fantastic news or am I missing something?
