As said it won’t be from the placees but there was an opportunity for loose or bored holders to get out …so be it.

The key now is who has come on board and what they will do with the company

And with those warrants expiring in a year at 25p they have to be above that level before exercising so developments have to be made quickly .

Jason is always on social media with Maru so hopefully we will be kept more In touch here as well going forward.

Forward sold by who? we already know what the holdings will be by they parties so they wont be selling as when they declared they would be different percentages .

And no other holders got the chance to participate so wont be any of them

As for the existing business clearly they have done nothing or they would have said

There is probably a few loose holders using today to exit which is understandable, be interesting to see what the stock does when they are gone though

Well hopefully they will be exercised we will be happy if they are

For me this is the best announcement they have come out with since I've been invested here, still well underwater but at least we have a chance to recoup and actually make some money now

Placing is with only a few so will not be flipping at all

nothing has changed other than dilution for holders however 1.5m in the bank and a new direction for the company bodes well imho

New followers of Jason should take care of any loose stock and I see some on ADVFN are suggesting RTO into EDL as Maru want an AIM listing.

The warrants at 25p for a year bodes well too in my mind the tock will have to be a lot higher

Interesting update on the company website

I'm surprised the stock exchange has not asked the company for an update given the fall in the share price either there is no reason for it or there is !

If she raises anymore especially after a placing in February at .17 I will be amazed however the last 3 or 4 placings have all been done at lower levels .

Has to be a desperate seller more like

What misinformation?

As said previously why would they need a placing when they have already got some cash received 1.5m and will get the remainder on completion.

looks like a bit of unfounded scaremongering going on here.

They say in todays RNs the sale of the Italian asset .

The funds received from the sale of the assets will be used to meet the Duyung PSC pre FID expenditure, progress the Company's renewable portfolio and provide working capital.

so why would they need to do a placing?

I have to agree would much rather be paying higher levels for more stock as averaging up is far better imho.

I have to say I'm surprised at the share price given what's been said we need that one bit of news to say funding is secured and we could well have a change in fortune.

The market is saying they don't believe any of it is achievable at the moment which I personally don't believe is the case
