I've been in and out of arg over the years and it's always on my watch list. I nearly jumped in recently but never did. When I saw the farm our rns this morning I was a bit gutted I had missed out. That was until I read it. My initial thought was shock and I had to read the rns again. I think the deal is awful, but with backs to the wall it was probably the only choice they had. The company will tick over with the bod not having to do a lot expect pick the pay check up every month. I just don't see any larceny shareholder value at 5% of a developed oil field which I presume would be several years away if they make a decent strike. The so did the talking today as the market wasn't impressed. GL to all holders hope you make a good find but it would have to be a good one to be worth developing. All imo

Only what I read on here weeks ago somebody saying they were waiting for the new financial year before announcing anything. Make of it what you will most rumours on here are 99% BS but the guy seemed genuine. Look back to mid March somewhere. Patience aim junky, it's been nearly 5 months since they said discussions were at an early stage. Hopefully news soon.

According to lse the 52 week low was 0.88 a few weeks ago.

This looks like it's going to drop further. There's no interest in this share at all while the company spend money on working capital.

From November so news must be close imo Work on bringing new projects in to the Company is now accelerating, and I believe that the Company is now well placed to move forward. The initial intention was to bring in coal projects, but the market perception of coal projects in Southern Africa has mitigated against this. The directors are evaluating a small copper project in Northern Cape Province, South Africa, which could bring early positive cash flow as well as providing a stepping stone to other copper projects in that area. Also currently under consideration are a kimberlite diamond mine in South Africa and an onshore oil and gas project in West Africa. Either of these would require the publication of a new admission document, and it must be stressed that discussions remain at an early stage.

If any significant news drops it could be mayhem with the low amount of shares in issue.
