Laidback, maybe it is a formality. I'll explain my query by way of an example :
If the licence is renewed until Sept. 2021, does that mean that FID ( or any other significant milestone ) must occur before then ?

What positive steps must a company take brfore expiry of a licence ? e.g. FID ? Anyone know ? Thanks.
