Surely these were the placing shares in the fund raise - so Dec. 25 is when they were acquired - simples?

RKH website today shows 847,316,741 shares.

My brother just completed the open offer with Barclays Smart Investor. The offer is to purchase shares at 53p.

My brother's got same problem with Barclays Smart Investor - he'll be phoning them tomorrow.

Seems to have accepted online response ( but did not allow additional subscription ! )

My brother has a Smart Investor a/c & has got the same message. I think because these are subscription shares they are not eligible in an ISA, but once the offer is taken up they will be AIM-listed shares & ok in an ISA. I think they are being pedantic and/or ill-informed. I have responded online to my ISA offer from II & looks like it's done without a hitch.

But the sp rose this p.m. - go figure.
