Just tried & failed to get latest info on RKH's FI licences. I thought some were still 100% RKH-owned, so those wouldn't count if a 3rd partner came into SL.

As for a takeover wouldn't FIG have a negative view ?

Just following up the discussion & hoping those more learned than I will post some definitive answers.

HI OIl - is that an EOY 2025 prediction & is there a decimal point between the 29 & the 2 ?

Hi Alma - there was a discussion some time ago about nominee accounts & the conclusion was an institution's holding ( e.g. in RKH ) did not include them.

My thinking is : if I held not just RKH but lots of other shares in a nominee account, the institution would have to delve into my account & extract the value of my RKH holding to add to their overall investment in RKH - & do that for every nominee account they hold. Seems unlikely but I don't know for sure.

Thanks LTT - I think approx. half tranche 2 of OM is priced in,as it's a cert, & a few more speculative pence on getting the full 65m.
