if a partner was to come in...offer petro m a partnership....to develop block 20 in the area heron struck....how many wells can be drilled there? is formation suceptble to horizontal drilling? what % does Mongolia get? how much % should the partner get for using their $ ? and leave how much % for petro m ? that is petro m getting permits, prepping pads, and the partner pays $ to the point of drilling ,casing, suspension of well as future producer or plug/abandonment? whats a fair deal
will be successful, heron, gazelle and bring in petro china to talk and make a deal for next years campaign...red deer imho comes thru and helps pc secede to drill other wells there in that western area of block 20....and the dollar club next year makes out well

heres an example"The diatomite formation at Belridge is upper Miocene strata that were formed by diatoms, single celled plants that lived in the shallow sea that once covered the southern San Joaquin Valley. The formation has high porosity, as much as 58%, but the pore throats are small, resulting in permeability as low as 1.5 md. That calls for fracturing.
