Quite why Citigroup should suddenly change their stance from Buy to Neutral just as things are actually improving is incomprehensible and suggests to my mind that they are either incompetent or attempting to unscrupulously manipulate the SP to their own advantage.

The Citigroup so-called 12 months 'price target'' of 29p is absurd as it was currently exactly 29p already! I would suggest that since they have gone 'Neutral' on Capita, they actually don't have any Price Target since they are in fact 'Neutral'. That stands to reason. It is just sloppy reporting, as being Neutral means you are 'on the fence' and therefore do not have any opinion/recommendation one way or the other.

The CEO is confident the pre-rights share price is in sight. Incidentally, Stockopedia have increased Capita's Stockrank of QVM by a further 2 points today to 73. All the signs seem to be suggesting good times are returning here. It would not surprise me if in due course this becomes a multi-bagger from here!

Sharehead, With a positive spin on the August TU, this should rapidly accelerate beyond 50p imv.

Are you sure that's wise Aim.....? If you check out 'shorttracker.co.uk', you will find that institutional hedge funds etc have been closing out their CPI Short positions left right and centre. In fact there are no declared open shorts remaining in Capita anymore (>0.5%)where once over 8% of the stock was once Shorted. Remember,the trend is your friend. Perhaps you are more knowledgeable than the experts but I doubt it.

Added 30,500 this pm to double up to >60,000 shares at average of 27p. Got a good feeling about this one. CEO confident the pre rights share price of 97p will be attained shortly. Stockopedia have shifted the status of CPI from 'Value Trap' to 'Neutral' recently with a half-decent (and increasing) STOCKRANK of 69. Most Analysts recommending Buy. Gla Dyor.

Capita currently enjoys a Piotroski F-Score of 7 , trades on a p/e of a mere 5.9 and is due to massively reduce debt leverage during H2 . Considering the large forward contract pipeline, improved pricing discipline and favourable sentiment returning to the outsourcing sector, I have no worries about being invested here. In fact, I'm very Bullish and intend to Average up significantly as soon as it breaks out above 30p/share. GLA fellow holders!

I call 5% a decent dividend yield Robleo. At this price the forward dividend yield of 33p, equating to circa 8.5% is huge for a safe as houses share as Aviva plc. It's got to be a no brainer for anyone contemplating buying imho. The SP will in time be significantly higher also in all liklihood.

You're right about the pessimistic downgrade from JP Morgan with a target of just 81p. Why only in December, they had a target price of about £4 per share. By the time this December arrives, we could be looking at an SP of a mere 20p. Not unlikely given discretionary spending in these dire inflationary times are due for a massive decline. I would not be at all surprised if Deliveroo's shares will be given Junk status by then. The danger here is thinking they are so cheap now but the reality is that by piling in now,you could easily still lose 75% of any new investment in these. AIMHO.

The reason I ask is that reading Robbie Burns book 'The Naked Trader', it recommends private investors use it along with ADVFN.
